Justin came to my home to fix cloaked toilets and backing up problem. Very professional and didn't take long to get the problem fixed. I'm grateful!!

Hays is very responsive, in constant communication regarding tech arrival and very clean and professional. They explain everything until you understand all issues, options, costs, and are very knowledgeable about equipment and fair with their pricing. I signed up for the annual maintenance program and would highly recommend their services. My unit is 17 years old and will hopefully keep me cool for a few more years!

They were very professional and explained to me everything very well that whats going on with my AC. They also made it to my house right away. They provided different level and price of solutions.I feel they are open and honest about repairs needed and they also assure i was satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone in need.

Mark with Goettl came out to my mom's house after a disaster after Christmas holiday. He was professional, courteous and did a really good job explaining things. Mark was punctual and communicated arrival time almost to the minute. And the service was amazing, couldn't be more pleased. Cody and company were on time and professional,cotious and knowledgeable.They quikly got to work and repaired a leak that was causing potentially great damage toy garage. Thankfully problem solved and we are on to repair of the structure.

My A/C was making a high pitched squeak and I was certain a bearing was shot. I wanted the fan repaired before it got really hot.

James came out and checked the air filter which was clogged. I had replacement filters on hand. He replaced the filters and didn’t charge me for the service call.

I’m embarrassed that I didn’t figure out the problem myself but thankful The problem is solved. I will call JustAir when I have any other issues with my A/C.

I had a fantastic experience from the start, Ashley is friendly on the phone, very professional and experienced installers kept me informed throughout the process and my account manager was stellar. He is what made me choose Scottsdale Air from all the HVAC companies in the Valley. Dave followed up the day after installation to check that all went smoothly. It was hard news that I needed a new system but this company made it a pleasant experience. I highly recommend them!

So my air handler was making an awful racket for the past week or so. I knew this meant I'd need the Dreaded Air Conditioning Replacement but I wasn't sure who I could trust. Am SO glad I went with TemperaturePro!. The technician on site was courteous and respectful to my family; he explained (in plain English) what was wrong and what was needed. When the time came to make a decision re: which system to install, Robin spent an hour with us walking through the options and the pros/cons of each. It was clear she was looking for the best system for us for the money...and indeed, she recommended that we NOT choose the most expensive option as it didn't make sense for our needs. Their installation crew was amazing -- meticulous, quick, and clean. The work was done in a day, and Robin followed up a few days later to ensure the everything was okay. Truly, truly can't say enough good things about these guys; they've earned my business for life!

I recently purchased a new Trane heat pump from Benefit Air. They were wonderful. The Sales Mgr determined the best size unit for my home, worked with me on when to order to benefit from a Co rebate, and applied all applicable discounts. The team who came to remove the old and install the new were just great. They were courteous, thoughtful, professional and obviously well trained as demonstrated by the competence they showed when installing it. I learned the most important part of an heat /cooling unit is the installation. Even a good unit will have problems if not installed properly. Nothing is ever too much trouble or a bother. Working with this Co was refreshing because of their work ethic and integrity. Am so glad I used this Co and purchased thru them.

10 years in how do we feel about Alien AC? They continue to offer excellent service, they are responsive, and they are reasonably priced. About 5 years ago I decided to price other AC businesses’ services, just to see. I found they either refused to give clear pricing up front or were much more expensive. Alien AC continues to be our informed AC service of choice.
