I called to have my septic pumped because all of my drains were clogged. As soon as he said they didn’t pump I thought I was off to the next number but I was wrong. He walked me through my septic system from drain field to clean outs to be sure I needed the system pumped and helped me figure out that I had a clog at the septic intake. Rather than charge me to come out and fix it he gave me simple clear instructions on how I could painlessly fix it myself in under 5 min. I highly recommend Hornick Contracting.

Experienced a drain field failure on my 41 year old home. I contacted Paradine Services and they were able to come out and give me information about my drain field and options for replacement. I opted to have them take care of installing the new one. They did a fantastic job. They communicated everything that would happen up front, gave accurate estimates on pricing, and then took care of everything from getting the necessary permits and soil tests done to removing the old system and installing the new one. Very happy with the service and job performed and would recommend them to anyone in the area that needs any type of work done to their septic system.

From top to bottom, Macho is a great business. Most especially Robby and Danny were excellent. Super helpful. Always keeping me in the loop. They dealt with a difficult situation navigating the fake grass covering the septic. The quality of their finish work and effort put worth was superb. I am very happy and grateful. I couldn't recommend Macho more!

Ed and his crew saved us from going more days without working plumbing! They squeezed us into their schedule the day I called to help us with our septic problems and stayed until late into the night to get the job done. Gosh, where do I start. What I thought was the washing machine running (for some reason thought my husband may have started laundry :P) was actually a busted pipe. It required us to turn off our main. Our home warranty said it would be 2-4 days before someone could come out. Say what?!?! Clint replied to my plea for help immediately and within 2 hours was at our house fixing a broken pipe in the wall. Within 90 minutes, we have a beautiful new pipe and water running again :). Highly, HIGHLY recommend Clint for your plumbing needs!

Nu Flow they are a great company to work with. The service they provide is beyond incredible between the office teams, the cameras crew and the men working on the lining jobs spot on. Communication is always key and is always there with this team. I would recommend this company to anyone who is having issues with plumbing that need an alternative way to take care of issues.

Paradise Septic saved us from a very stinky situation! They came out same day and when there was a problem on my end with locating the filter, returned 2 days later. They were very knowledgeable and helpful over the phone as well as in person. I received a window of time for arrival with a call on for a 30 minute lead time so I didn’t have to sit around for half a day. The technician was very respectful and super quick, clean and kind. Attention Hero Services owner. You have an unbelievable service man out in the field that NEEDS A PROMOTION!!! We are seniors on fixed income and Manny went ABOVE & BEYOND the call of duty for us!!! We own a mobile home and had a clogged toilet. My husband asked the park manager if the clog is the sewer line, is it our responsibility or theirs? She replied the water is theirs but the sewer line is our responsibilty. My husband knew this should be wrong. So we called Hero Home Services. We are first time customers. Manny found that the problem was definitely not with our home and said it had to be in the line in the neighbors yards. Manny took it upon himself to go talk to the park manager. He was gone just long enough that we could tell she was trying to give Manny the run around too. BUT because Manny is such an expert and so professional and obviously stood his ground because of his great knowledge and concern for his customer, the park manager finally told Manny she would send park maintenance. We could not believe what Manny was able to accomplish with the manager. Park maintenance came to our home quickly. WOW what did Manny tell her? Just joking on that!!! Park maintenance quickly found Manny nailed it!!! It IS the parks responsibility. They cut a hole in our sewer drain by our home and taped it over to get us going quickly and yes they have to come back next week and replace pipes in our neighbors yards. Anyone out there that does not have a plumber, CALL MANNY. He is polite, respectful, patient, has expert extensive knowledge and took time with us before he left asking us if we had any questions and explained everything to us as he worked. Not only does Manny have extensive knowledge, he has worked on homes in several mobile home parks and has had experiences with mobile home park managers and knows how they can be and how they operate and obviously by what he was able to accomplish for us, he knows exactly how to handle them. On the company business card on the back, it says Your Hero and Manny's name. Oh yes indeed, Manny is definitely our hero for his care for us and what he was able to accomplish for us. Five stars doesn't cut it. How about a trillion and more. Better yet, how about a promotion for our HERO MANNY!!!!!!! Thank you so much Manny for all you did for us and caring for us. We recently had a water main break in the afternoon and Belsito Plumbing saved the day with a quick response time and plumbers that were ready to work and solve the issue quickly. The repair was made and the water was restored with very little inconvenience. I have used Belsito in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

This was my 2nd time using Cooper, last time was 2005. Just used these guys today, 3/15/16. Septic backed up/ full, called, they were out in an hour or so, pretty good for not being planned. Charged to empty by the 1000 gallon. Had a 100ft hose so they did not have to drive on the lawn. Guy was sharp, professional, conscientious and left the tank clean. I appreciated they did not attempt to run the bill up due to taking a little coaxing to get the solids out. Did some teaching on maintenance, how to keep the system healthy. Gave the operator a tip.

I was so impressed with not only with Gina in the office, but Martin and Efren's quality of not only service, but their knowledge! I called Tuesday afternoon and by Wednesday morning they were there and gone. They answered all of my questions, explained everything in a way that made sense and cleaned up as if they were never there. They were amazing!
