I purchased an old wooden desk on CL done time ago to replace the one I lost a few years back. The center drawer had a built-in lock that, when the drawer is pushed in all the way and locked, would activate a locking mechanism for all the other drawers and would prevent them from being opened. Great feature if you have the original key which in my case, I didn't. I was hoping to get a key made but unfortunately the lock is so custom that keys aren't made anymore small enough to fit the key hole. But, the guy behind the counter said he'd talk to the owner and see if there's something else they could figure out. Since I had taken them the front art of the drawer that had the lock I decided to leave it with them and decided to wait for their call. I wasnt home an hour before they called saying they had a solution and wanted to know if they had my permission to go ahead and install a new lock. When I picked the piece up I could only tell that it was a new lock by the silver color where the original was more of a copper color. I put the drawer back together and let the glue dry before sliding it back into place and everything worked perfectly!!! Not only did the bolt line up perfectly with the notch on the underside of the desktop but the locking mechanism workes perfectly as well. Going into this I didn't have a great deal of faith that it could be fixed but these guys really blew me away. I still can't believe it's fixed.

Locked keys in trunk of 2011 Audi A5 convertible. Tripple A was able to unlock car door but could not access the trunk. The trunk of an Audi A5 2011 does not have a release button inside the car. We called many places that were unable to access the trunk of my make and model. Lock Butler Lock Smith Nathan quoted us an extremely fair price right up front. Nathan arrived on time, less than 30 minutes after making the call to Lock Butler. The trunk was open and I had my keys in less than 10 minutes. For the professional, prompt and quality service, the cost of service was surprisingly reasonable. I thought I was going to end up spending hundreds on a new key but thanks to Lock Buttler, and specifically, thanks to Nathan, my clumsy mistake did not break the bank! I was even able to keep the key he made so I now have a spare key incase this ever happens again. So grateful. If you need a Lock Smith this is your guy! Don’t think twice. Highly recommend!
