Service was fast and friendly but Definitely expensive! Work took about an hour cut a hole replaced and sauttered pipe to fix leak? well over $600.

Great experience with this company. Nathan W. was our tech and he invited me to watch him work. He explained everything along the way. As a new Penguin Air customer, this was refreshing as I could see that everything he was saying made sense because he would tell me what we were looking for before he tested a component. I have used several other companies in residential and business settings and this is truly the first company that I have trust to do my work on my home. Excellent job!

On Monday this week, we had Travis Vonau with Hobaica Services out for our annual A/C system check-up & maintenance. Travis was great. On-time, very professional, and completed all of the work and updated me on our systems. I called several companies when my AC went out this evening and Desert Diamond was the only one who could get someone out tonight. He was here in about 30 minutes very professional, friendly, showed us what the issue was and our air is back up and running within 2 hours. Highly recommend.

I found 1st Choice Mechanical on Yelp due to their great reviews. I was completely down and out after previously being scammed by a horrible company and happened upon 1st Choice. I spoke with Tori and she was so kind and caring and let me blab and cry about the horrible situation I was in. She said she would try and call her father Michael and asked if he would come on Saturday, a day they are normally closed. Immediately she called back and said he would be there. Michael showed up promptly and was so friendly and knowledgeable. I felt at ease and confident in his skill set. He was done within an hour. Having just moved here and being a first time home owner, I knew nothing. Now I know a great family owned company who I will go back with time and time again.
