I recently had an appliance issue ( dryer stopped working) Called A.P.E.S. and they had a technician come out named Brett. Not only was he on time , he was thorough in his analysis of what going on with my dryer. He explained my options and did what I thought was in my best interests. I would recommend services from APES

My technician, Ideal, serviced my unit today. He showed up on time, was extremely professional and very thorough. He was patient with me and answered all of my questions. I definitely felt like my unit had been serviced to it's very best!

I had 4 other companies come out and give me a quote to install a new A/C unit. I chose Desert Diamond for a couple different reasons. But the main reason I chose them was Cody. Cody came out to give us the quote, I did not tell him or any of the others what type of business I am in. I wanted to see if any of them would BS me. 4 of them not only lied to me, but tried to upsell me things I would either never use or was not really necessary for my situation. Cody did not. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that !! 2nd. The install crew came out and were right on time, and went straight to work. They were extremely professional, did a stand up job !! and cleaned up before they left. Thank you !!!

We recently had a plumbing service call for a clogged kitchen drain. Our service tech Adam was excellent. He was very thorough, listened to our concerns, took the time to explain our options and what we could expect in terms of the issue recurring (this was a repeat problem). We never felt pressured to make a choice one way or the other. Additionally, we decided to inquire about installing a water purity system. Again he took the time to explain all options, in detail. He answered all of our questions. We are very pleased with the service we received so far. Would definitely recommend.

Today we had the our clogged drain hydro-jetted and the water softener system installed. Jesus and Dave were our techs and they were great. They completed our drain cleaning and softener system set up with minimal fuss and made sure we understood the basics of operation. Every technician we have encountered has been knowledgable and pleasant and a definite pleasure to work with.

Our a/c unit was buzzing and randomly shutting off. Gerard got back to us same-day of initial outreach, and sent Jesus and his colleague, who were were fantastic, knowledgeable, professional, and super fast. They even helped us wire our smart thermostat which only took them a couple of minutes. We would definitely hire them again.

This company is amazing!! They worked with my warranty company and are very easy to work with. Andy (manager)is very on top of things and up front with everything. The tech, Kyle, was also great with communication and really figured out a problem and the solution that 4 other AC companies misdiagnosed and wanted to charge me over $1000 -$7000 for what cost several hundred through SG Mechanical cause the other companies didn’t take the time to diagnose the problem and just wanted to replace major parts of the system to the whole system. SG even fixed the thermostat that was installed sloppy by another company. They are my company now and only ones I will call with maintenance and any issues!!
