We had A.P.E.S. install a new Trane HVAC unit and a new water heater in our PV home. Excellent service and follow-through. Elijah, Cody and Allison were great. We highly recommend the A.P.E.S. team.

While experiencing my first AZ monsoon in our new house, we discovered our sump pump wasn't working so we immediately had to start bailing water. We called Hays Cooling Heating & Plumbing late on a Saturday night and scheduled an appointment for Sunday morning. The tech, Jerry Kline, diagnosed the issue (dead motor), found a replacement, and installed it - all on a Sunday. Thank you Jerry! We were very pleased with Jerry and Hays.

Worst experience ever. Penguin repair man quoted us $500 to replace filters on 2 of our HVAC units. Cost of filter was under $100. HHHMM, so you want to charge me $400 for a 10 minute job? Yeah, company is incentivized with commission, the more they up charge customers, the more $$$ they make; terrible practice and harmful to customers. Warning to others....

Called and was able to get same day help! Professional and solid work all around.

We just bought a home that was built in the 60s and we wanted a bit of work done, including new vents, servicing air roof AC unit, and a few other things. Simon and Steve came out to look at the house, and were super nice and informative the whole time they were there. Barely a week later and Steve came to do all the work and was able to get everything going quick. I would definitely use them again when I need something else done.

Never used however on 12-16-2021 a received call from Ella trying to schedule an appointment claiming they were raising money for some charity. Tried to explain to her I was on National Do Not Call List and she kept telling me I was rude over and over again. If I tell you I am on that list simply hang up however, to appease her I told her to come on out to service the following day. She continued to call me back asking for more information even after I told her I was on that list and I also told her I was at work and didn't have the time to answer a ton of questions. I finally had to block both numbers she was calling from so she would finally stop calling me. She is in the service industry (or a scam) and this is how she gets new customers by being rude. Hopefully, her calls are recorded for quality assurance purposes so the owner can listen. I would NEVER use a company that treats people like that and they really need to verify that Do Not Call List before they cold call people as the company can face hefty fines under the FTC guidelines. If I receive another call from that company I will turn the company over to the FTC as I am sure I am not the only person Ella is calling claiming to be raising money.

Q was great today. He took awesome care of our house, was very thorough on what he found and efficiently took care of our system. I highly recommend Q and the Goettl Team.

Matthew just did our annual maintenance inspection and he also installed a new toilet. Matthew is the BEST! He takes pride in his work(which is impeccable), respects your home and the bottom line is that he is an excellent and well trained plumber.

I live in North Central Phoenix and had my HVAC system serviced by AZ Perfect Comfort. Their technicians are courteous and knowledgeable. I have met the owners through The Phoenix Metro Chamber of Commerce and they are passionate about their business and keeping their clients happy and “cool”.

We had a problem with one of the laundry room exhaust fans, they made the repair and did an awesome job. The guys that came were polite and did a great job making the repair.

We found a small water spot around 9am and gave them a call. They put us on stand by but made it too us same day. Gennaro was super friendly. He made sure to show us everything that he found and discussed everything before doing anything. It’s our first time owning a home and having an issue. They seriously made the process so much easier. He also discussed the option for monthly servicing to check water heater and whatnot which we plan on doing! Thank you guys so much.

False advertising. Clearly states on website $59 special to video sewer line. Asked first person I spoke with she confirmed the price. Second person said that only covers them coming to house and they don’t know how much it will cost just to tell us what is wrong with sewer line. On further review of their website it says they do a free sewer inspection. Beware! Zero stars!

We loved working with Comfort Experts! Ryan came out the day I called them to give me a quote on a new AC unit. He was extremely thorough with his inspection and explained what the problems were and what we needed very simply. He installed the new unit quickly which we were very grateful for because it was starting to get hot here. We are so happy with the service we received during the install. The guys were honest, hardworking and they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone!

We bought a water heater from them a little over 4 yes ago and have it regularly serviced by them. Then it broke and is a $440 repair. We were told it should last about 8 to 12 yes when we bought it. We will not ever use them again. I recommend going anywhere else
