We have used Slate twice for replacing our 20 year old water heaters. They were very quick and everything was made very easy. They fixed our shower faucet as well since it was not giving us hot water since a previous company installed it.

The technicians diagnosed the problem and then got right to work, kept me informed throughout the process and took great care of my house. Overall I was very happy with the work and will continue to use One Source Plumbing for my plumbing needs.

despite me not being there when they arrived, and leaving before they handed me the invoice, and also getting blue on them because i didnt know that toilet tabs are bad for toilets, i got top notch service from these guys really professional, let us know about an hvac problem and recommended a great hvac person who came over did the procedure and left with no runaround. they had parts on hand they needed to replace and they came all the way out to carrolltonthey were a rec from an architect friend and i would def rec them to you!

I highly recommend this company for major plumbing repair work. They are on time, professional, hard-working, and drama-free (which is not the case with all plumbers!). They replaced our main sewer line out to the street, as well as 4 ft of excavation under the house, and the 3-1-1 flagging and City inspection were included in the process. Even though we are in the middle of a pandemic and it rained in the middle of our job, Josh and his team didn't miss a beat! They completed everything professionally and on time. We would definitely use them again for future work.

Called to ask about installing a gas log fireplace insert. Was quoted $99 for the first 30 minutes and $50 each additional 30 minutes. No estimate of the amount of time it would take. This is just the labor fee. Sounds like gouging to me. Will not be using them.

Chase and Amari came out to service my leaking water heater. The confirmation for my appointment was consistent this week, and I received a call on today, hours before, which was extremely thorough. I already had three other companies lined up but moved Pure Plumbing ahead of the line simply because of the FREE CONSULTATION to come out, which is rare. This was a great decision knowing what I know now, but as expected the arrival within the expected window was met. Then after seeing the damage, Chase and Amari identified exactly what the source was, and the pros and cons of the overall project. They were never pushy or salesy about payment and even when I did decide to move forward they provided multiple quotes for flexibility in payment understanding the season the nation is in financially. At the end, I have a new water heater, and Chase actually included a second drain line. The work didn’t leave a mess or damage to property and as probably assumed by now-I’ll be calling back all other companies to cancel them coming out, and so should you. Pure Plumbing is definitely earning their 5-Stars and if you’re lucky Chase and Amari will get called out for your repair. Very happy with the results! Thanks again fellas.

Definitely not recommended. We spent $600 to have the kitchen sink unclogged and the job still was not complete. We called Alert Drain, in and out in less than 10 minutes and only $175, problem solved. Reported this problem to the BBB and it was a waste of time as well. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME ON THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

I had to have my heater and all of the ducting replaced after 40+ years in the home. The company was clean, made fantastic suggestions and completed the task on time. They took time to explain that they did and why it will and has made a difference. terrifc people.

repairman was a little late but I was kept up to date on where he was. He inspected the drains that were giving us problems and cleared them both and made sure they were completely clean.

We hired RC Pros to reroute the plumbing to our washing machine. They came and dug a ditch in our backyard, which was left for days while we waited for the plumbing to be taken care of. We have had many issues with the work - including a pipe detaching from a wall, a pipe bursting that we were told was completely disconnected to all water, and our backyard being completely uneven and impossible for my kids to play without tripping after the job was completed. Stay away from these guys!

They were awesome! Showed up exactly when dispatch said they would and Rick walked me through they were doing. Even gave me options for the fix and left a super detailed invoice of they did and options to service in the future. They were fantastic
