They were responsive! I submitted a quote request and was called the next morning. They were able to come, at a time that fit my schedule, give me an estimate, and complete the task same day! The Josiah B was kind, patient, and answered all my questions in a way I understood. I would definitely have him back again! I was impressed overall by the experience and their commitment to outstanding customer service.

The technician that arrived out to fix a leaky faucet which led to a flooded kitchen was wonderful. He was here within 45 minutes. He was courteous. The rental co wasn't going to fix the problem until next week, but this young man said no, you can't go for days unable to use your faucet and kitchen sink. He was awesome.

awfully professional from beginning to end. Website is great, scheduling was easy and it let me upload a video of the dilemma so the techs were prepared when they got here. Two techs showed up which was impressive. They kept us updated, got the project done, and cleaned up the whole area where they worked. Price was reasonable. First class job.

Dishwasher removal and installation. Kenny Jeffers went above and beyond. We had a tricky situation with how close our stove and oven were placed years ago. Kenny gave us options, he’s a trouble solver and creative with solutions. He’s professional, personable and gives superb customer service. He wanted to ensure we were happy with his work which we were. We’d recommend Kenny to any one, any where and anytime. He’s awesome and a good human!

The tech. work was professional and informative. He also advised us on future preventative measures on protecting any water leaking between the furnace and water heater.

Bubba was fabulous. He gave us a lot of knowledge and was a pleasure to have in our home. Look forward to the next time we have Robin's come in because the job that they do is good and they're respectful in your home.
