Ben was thorough, quick and professional. I contacted about a toilet installation one afternoon and was able to schedule service for the next morning. Their office staff was incredibly nice and I will be calling them again when we get ready to replace all of the fixtures in our other bathroom!

Delton checked out heater maintenance. Made a recommendation to have our ducts cleaned. A home that is a year or so old and has lots of construction dust in ducts. He did a great job . Checked everything. I am glad for his recommendation to clean ducts. I thought they needed it also. Great job very well explained the process..

My experience with Casa View Plumbing has been disappointing to say the very least. The woman that answers the phone, I presume she is the receptionist, is beyond RUDE. She needs major training in customer service. She answers every question with an I don't know. She always sounds flustered and acts like you, as the customer, are a major inconvenience. If Casa View Plumbing is THAT busy that their receptionist can't take the time to provide quality customer service then they need to hire another one. Or maybe the current receptionist just needs to be reminded she's in a customer driven business. Without customers then you don't have a job! Stop treating the customer like they are taking up too much of your time!As for the plumbers, they are mediocre at best. Do not expect them to go above and beyond and be prepared to have them back several times to fix whatever problem they made worse in the first place. RUN AWAY from this plumbing company!!!
