My experience with the technician, Ray, was excellent. When he came he had his equipment with him and the foot pads on. He was polite, checked my the pad on the wall, where you adjust the temperature, then we went down to the basement, to the furnace. Ray checked the filter and then took the panel off the side of the furnace and explained what the was doing. He then vacuumed the inside where he had removed the panel. He was well organized and said my furnace was in superb shape. If I have any trouble in the future I would like to have Ray come to check the furnace. Thank you for the tune up on my furnace.

They both did a wonderful job. Both professional and personable. They worked with me on what I needed and what I could afford. They did the project and They cleaned up and made sure I understood the system before they left. 10/10 Brady BROWN'S BEST! I cannot endorse Brown's enough, I trust them completely! I'm a first-time homeowner and I have PTSD from technicians coming in and quoting me crazy prices to repair things. Brady, Brown's master plumber, came in and quoted me a best-case price and a worst-case price. He was able to fix the issue at the lower, best-case price within minutes. He even came back to fix a different problem with the shower the next day. He did great work and was a pleasure to speak with.

Shower drain was clogged. Only shower in the house. Company was responsive, got here same day and unclothed the drain. Technicians were knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. The only negative I have is the flat rate fee. $570 plus tax. But again.technicians were superb and the cleared the drain with a 6 month guarantee.

repairman was a little late but I was kept up to date on where he was. He inspected the drains that were giving us problems and cleared them both and made sure they were completely clean.
