Hunter Plumbing replaced a waterline routing through the attic. They insulated the new PEX pipe and completed work in January 2020 In February 2021 the cold weather caused this pipe to freeze.investigations show that Hunter Plumbing used a 3/4 inch Insulation For a 1-inch PEX pipe . Of course this allowed the pipe to freeze since the pipe was not properly insulated.

We’ve been having an issue with our kitchen sink whereby water drained slowly and finally stopped draining. After replacing 90% of the parts under the sink I concluded this was an issue I needed professional help with. A co-worker recommended Scott Hubbard and after I explained over the phone what was happening he diagnosed it. He arrived 15 minutes early (Which I appreciated) and during the process of fixing the issue clarified what was being done. He is very knowledgeable, personable and will be the plumber I will always use.

These guys went above and beyond! had a blockage in our bathroom and sewer came up through the bathtub and overflowed the toilet! They came out the next day and cleared the blockage but wasn't able to see the cause. Everything was good until a week later when it happened again. We called them back and the next day they came out again and unblocked it again. They told us not to put toilet paper into this toilet. No charge for this visit. This was Friday. That night we ran the washing machine and when it drained, but clogged up the drain AGAIN and backed up into the bathroom. We called them that night and Adrian sent his crew out on Saturday to fix and snake the line with a camera. Again, at NO CHARGE to us! They discovered the problem was a pipe that had bellied. They did a great job and I can't recommend them enough!

Saving Grace Plumbing is my go to for my plumbing needs over the years. Joshua and Nick have been amazing. Professional, honest, trust worthy and have done great work! They are also great guys! I would recommend them.

A tankless water heater was purchased from 3G Plumbing and installed by them. The water heater failed city inspection 3 times before approval by the inspector. The inspection required a larger gas meter, several gas regulators, and exhaust vent pipe none of which was initially installed by 3G Plumbing. I later had performance issues with my water heater. In my telephone conversation with the manufacturer I was informed that 3G Plumbing did not install an air intake pipe for venting outside which was the causing the performance issue. The manufacturer would not honor the equipment warranty until the pipe was installed. I contacted a qualified plumbing company that agreed with the manufacturer and made the necessary equipment correction per the installation instructions. Buyer beware. Do not use 3G Plumbing for water heater installation.

Leak Stop Plumbing replaced my gas line from the house to the meter, and discovered a leak underneath my home. The gas line was replaced, the gas leak was capped off. Leak Stop Plumbing also replaced my sewage line. Kevin and his crew were very professional, courteous, and respectful to me and my family. If I ever have another project to be conducted, I am calling them back. I will recommend Leak Stop Plumbing and as it states, GOOD BUSINESS is by word of mouth. I truly cannot say enough about this company. We lived in Garland in a home built in 1974 with original plumbing. We had to reach out to Winstead Plumbing 3 times in the course of 2.5 yrs. I assure you my husband loves to save and of course loves good quality. Each time we needed a repair we needed up using Winstead. They offered the best price, quality was good and we didn't have any issues with the plumbers they sent to our home. They have replaced a bathtub, reran a pipe and saved us all together from a made up needed repair that another company suggested. By our estimate we saved around 10, 000 using Winstead.Also, Julie is great and very helpful! Thanks Winstead!
