Brad and Trevor arrived early and set right to work. They removed two old builder-grade faucets in master bath and replaced them with new Kohler brushed nickel faucets. They were efficient, professional and friendly. HORRIBLE. We called and said there was a leak from a pipe coming from the pool equipment. When the guy came out he said they couldn’t detect from pool equipment. Charged $80 for nothing. When I called the lady hung up on me and wouldn’t answer when I called back. Incredibly poor service. NEVER use this company

I cannot say enough good things about Larry and his crew at Public Service Plumbers. We’ve been a customer for years and have always enjoyed great service and quality work. But they went out of their way during this recent snow storm to make sure we back up and running after a pipe burst at our house.The crew came quickly to stop the leak and returned a day later to make the repairs. It would have beeneasy to use all the chaos to push out our problem given the demand from other homeowners But they didn’t. I felt valued as a long-standing customer and will continue to recommend this company to wveryone in Dallas I know.Quality work. Finished quickly. And they didn’t gouge us!
