These guys are top notch professionals in every stage of the process. They respinded quite quickly and were well equipped. They helped when I had a major project in replacing an older and damaged sewer line.

Our technician (Joe Wilson) arrived on time and saved us from making a huge mistake. We had past quotes from another company that said our water line was cracked and needed to be repaired ASAP. Joe showed us that there were no cracks and didn’t need to repair the water line. His honesty and professionalism saved us from a 9k-18k repair that wasn’t even needed. That is why I will only deal with Roto Rooter moving forward. He gave us great advice to keep issues from reoccurring and was kind enough to leave his contact number just in case anything ever goes wrong since he is usually in our area or could dispatch the right team to service us. This company obviously has employees that are willing to do what is best and more economical for the customer as opposed to the other company that just wanted to take our money. Hats off to Joe and to Roto Rooter !

They were referred to me by another contractor. They were on time and for me, promptness and good communication is more than most...that was good for me. They replaced my water heater and were very friendly and cleaned up after themselves. My tech was Moses Perez! Good dude.

I am quite impressed with Accurate Leak and I am glad I choose them to fix my sewer leak. It was a big job and they did great. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Chris was very responsive and kept updating me of the job progress daily. Could not be happier with the experience.

Dallas Plumbing and Air was the 3rd company we called for our AC on our old system and ACTUALLY fixed for less than any of them. It's taken me a week to cool down after A-1 Air and Milestone totally let us down and truly showed their colors on what a rip off this industry can be. Our first call was to A-1 Air, but the very first thing was that the customer service person mistakedly told the repairman that we were to have a check up for our system when we clearly told her it was broken. My husband and I were not amused that A-1 Air torched (yes, torched) the fan blade off our old system so it was not reparable. I literally told A-1 to leave our house at that moment as this was obviously going nowhere - and got nothing fixed for our fee. Then Milestone came out for more ($99) and saw the torched fan blade - also not able to get parts on a Saturday. They wanted us to spend $8000+ for a new system we didn't need. We told them we just wanted our old system fixed so they estimated $800+ - on Saturday for the parts and magically those parts jumped up to more than $1400 on Monday. After all of that, we called one more company - Dallas Plumbing Company came out and fixed it for less than $600. Here's the bottom line, the air conditioning business is a racket. And if they think you are desperate enough, you will pay anything to get it fixed. The only way we survived this ordeal is that we have a 2nd air conditioner so we lived upstairs for days till all of this ended....Remember those that advertise alot on TV are making you pay for it in the end.....we appreciate Dallas Plumbing not trying to gouge us and we will remember them the next time we need our air and perhaps our plumbing too fixed.

We had a flooding emergency and Jason came out at 10pm on a Saturday to fix the issue. He was very friendly and explained the issue. Fixed the problem and gave is advice on what to do if it happens again.

Pure plumbing is awesome. I had a severe rattling in my pipes and was scrolling through web for best plumbers in the area. Pure plumbing contacted me and dispatched one of their skilled plumber Dillon Collard. Dillon was extremely professional and friendly, he did a thorough inspection of all the pipes and not just the area of concern and identified the root cause. He immediately provided me a report of his observations and best part he didn’t charge me for those 2 hours of work instead educated me on what the problem was and how to fix it. Then he provided me with a quote. The front office was also very friendly on call while providing me with various payment plans and scheduled an appointment immediately next day. Overall I had a really positive experience with timeliness of the work and their professionalism. I would highly recommend Pure Plumbing for anyone looking for honest work to be done on their homes. I never thought I would say this but “I HAVE MY FAV PLUMBING COMPANY NOW” most friendly service I have ever experienced as a home owner.
