Best Plumbing Leak Detection in Dallas TX

Initially called because of a clog in the kitchen sink. They came out, put a snake in the pipe and cleared it ($245). About 2 hours after they left, I noticed a sewer smell. Went into the bathroom and noticed the shower basin is filled with black water. I called and left a message, but haven’t heard back from them. I feel ripped off.

Joshua was very prompt, very friendly, and incredibly helpful. He got my plumbing issue sorted out and gave me useful information along the way as well.

I called 24 HR Emergency Plumber Dallas INC due to their great reviews for repairing water heaters. I was certain I had found what I had been looking for. I wanted someone to troubleshoot and repair the water heater and not just replace it. They did an amazing job and gave us some tips on maintenance.

I wouldnt not recommend Roto-Rooter 2 anybody they came out and the guy could not find the leak so he sent a carmera technician out then all he told me was it was a health hazard for me 2 use my drains he didnt try 2 fix it or tell me what i could do 2 fix it i got a person i know not even a licensed plumber 2 come out he went straight 2 the problem and fixed it so i will not be calling Roto-Rooter no more

I had a stopped up toilet when I got home from work on a Friday evening. My house only has one toilet, so I really needed to get it fixed. I called another company who could not do anything until Saturday. So, I called One Source, and was able to have the problem handled within 1.5 hours of making the call. The plumber demonstrated excellent knowledge and skill, was friendly, and took care of everything in an efficient manner. It was a rainy night, and he took care to keep my floors clean. I surely appreciated this service.

Mai Plumbing's employee stole my fine jewelry while working for Mai at my home. Mai admits this. Mai will not pay for the cost of replacement. MAI IS NOT BONDED. Mai failed to drug test and hired or retained a drug addict as a plumber's assistant. Then the plumber left him alone in my bedroom. The drug addict stole my fine jewelry. This was unknown to me for a few weeks. When it was discovered, Mai was contacted and it was learned the assistant the day after working at my home robbed two other customers. He was caught red handed. Mai never contacted me at that time to let me know to check my belongings (even to be sure the guy had not stole our spare house keys). As a result, to date despite working with Dallas PD, I have been advised there is virtually no hope for recovery of my items. The value was $20,000.00 roughly. On November 29, 2018 Mai informed me that it would not reimburse me for my loss, it had prayed about it and the Lord would not find them at fault (yes for real). I was told had to file a lawsuit if I wanted to recover because of its employee's theft. Mai admits its employee stole but refuses to replace the items taken.We paid Mai to rob us.

I called on Friday morning to fix an outdoor faucet. And Thomas was there by 2:45. He gave me options and was done by 5 pm. Very good experience!

Highly recommend Accurate Leak & Line for cast iron sewer pipe replacement. Received five bids and Accurate Leak & Line were the lowest bid and most knowledgeable. We had all of our sewer pipes replaced including the pipe in our yard going to the city connection. They completed the tunneling, trenching, new pipe install, inspection, and backfill in 10 days. All of their staff and subcontractors were excellent, hardworking people and very professional. They made a dreaded task into a positive experience. Had a problem with my a/c condensation drain. It was connected to an air vent. This eventually led to a leak in my ceiling. The air vent was clogged. 3rd Gen Plumbing showed up and reconfigured the condensation drain for me. He did a great job and was very professional.
