Highly recommend the annual maintenance service program, with two checkup visits per year and discounts for any needed services. We just had this service performed. Tony called ahead of arrival, was on-time, friendly and thorough. He was very patient in answering all my questions. This is how all HVAC service should be.

They have the most amazing customer service and are extremely professional. We had a water leak late at night and their technician, Blake, was extremely responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and helped repair our issue very quickly in the middle of the night. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Our AC went out in the middle night, and we couldn't get anyone to come until the next morning. I called another company that was incredibly rude and tried to sell me $1,000 worth of work that I didn't need. After hours on hold with other companies trying to find someone who could come out today, I finally called Hooper Plumbing and Air Conditioning. They were able to send a technician out within an hour to do the ac repair and quickly determined what needed repair (and what could wait). The technician was extremely friendly and helpful. I had no idea how much our old furnace was costing us! Thank you for getting this fixed so quickly---it was such an improvement from dealing with other companies!

I highly recommend Accurate Leak and Line. They are the best of the best. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, responsive, courteous and tenacious. I had a thorny, complex, multi-pronged issue involving pier and beam. They painstakingly and meticulously worked to figure it out, including recommending another expert when needed. Everyone one from the office manager to the techs, managers and third-party excavators were excellent. Landscaping was also nicely preserved. Highly recommend!

A++ service! Had a leak on Memorial Day that was pretty bad. Matt came out quickly, fixed the problem, and even gave me some tips on preventative measures. He is now my go to guy for any future plumbing, water heater installs or fixes.

Unsure why they have so many good reviews. I called yesterday at 9am, they said 3 hours and proceeded to call me until 7pm until they said it need to happen tomorrow. Called at 7am, then again at 10am saying they needed more time. I told them last night I was unavailable after noon. They won't schedule an appointment -- rather it seems like you're just expected to make yourself available for days at a time until they get around to you. Worse than the cable guy.

The under mount sink became detached as a result of previous work done cheaply. I had a hard time finding a company that could do this type of repair but when I contacted this place (as a result of online review) they got me a quick quote and scheduled the repair quickly.
