Had a water drainage issue. Evan and his colleague did a great job quickly identifying the cause and fixed the issue to ensure it was correctly configured going forward. The original drainage fixtures were improperly installed by the builder. I was very impressed with this team!

We have used Reeves for over 20 years. Very happy til this past summer. We had a gas leak and they totally screwed up the repair and then would not stand behind their work. The owner refused to talk with me after we had already paid close to $3,000 for a partially complete job. Very sad how their quality and lack of caring has gone south.

Ridiculously overpriced but came down after I told them I would get someone else…could not fix faucet they came for and charged original over price to replace drain faucet. Would not recommend. They should price by hour vs of flat fee they make up….

First of all the kindness every single person had toward not only me, but especially my 81 year old father, was beyond anything I’ve ever experienced from a service industry. Not one person spoke down to my dad. They patiently explained every detail of the process and answered every question we had. Extremely professional with Covid requirements, friendly, and never made us feel we were in their way. Absolutely EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Slate Plumbing is 5 star all the way! Our technician Daniel Horne, took extra time to educate us on the sewer cleanouts and how we could inspect them ourselves and open them quickly if a back-up occurred (better to have a back-up happen outside the house than into your tub or toilets!) He also went under the crawl space to inspect, and even told us that our pipes (cast iron) can be very fragile over time and if other plumbers were going to clean them out, to make sure to tell them to inspect the pipes before and after they were cleaned out to ensure they didnt damage the pipe further. Their prices seem reasonable and the service and education portion were particularly helpful. I would call them again in a heartbeat if we have further plumbing issues.

Incorrectly stated we had a foundation leak that was going to cost us over $4000 after completing a small repair that was initially quoted at $750. In trying to coordinate between One Source and our insurance plumbers they extended our repair out for two weeks only to verify that no, there was no foundation leak. That was after my husband reminded their plumber, who was 45 mins late, that he was supposed to be at our house to meet with the other plumbers. Once that was settled I was told the repair would be $250, but was charged $325. I would not trust them to come out to my home again.
