Tribeca is by far the best plumbing company in Dallas. I’ve tried all the big companies. Jay is amazing. They are honest and responsive and did such great work. They repaired a leak, fixed a gas line and fixed a shower in 2 hours that a master plumber from Public Service Plumbers told me I would have to remodel my bathroom to fix. I will only use Jay from now on for my plumbing needs. So grateful to have finally found a good plumber! Thank you Tribeca!

I'm actually scheduled with them for Monday to install some new gas lamps and to change our full house water filters. This morning, the kitchen sink started leaking so I called them for emergency service today. I was told that they couldn't help me. Even though they say they can schedule emergency repairs, the receptionist told me she had no availability today, which is Friday.

Slate was offered by Olshan to do leak detection and sewer line hydrostatic pressue test three weeks after foundation leveling to ensure integrity of sewer line connections. Slate technician very professional.

Don't use this company . we paid $180 for kichen sink not drain. And clogged again the next 2 days. Call them back they said we have to paid the other $400 for the same service for different equipment .be careful to use this company they all cheating people not honest at work . they run only 5 feet long line but do reported 60-70 feet long. customer service sucked really bad. Don't try them waisted your money. We gave them 1 STAR because don't have 0.

Their estimate was fair, they scheduled and started on time, notified us everyday of their anticipated arrival and what they would do on that day. They were courteous, informative, friendly and professional. They rerouted all our hot and cold lines through the attic and abandoned all the in slab copper, due to a slab leak. Cleaned up after themselves every day and took their trash away. They did a couple of little extra things for us and charged exactly what the original proposal was for and no more. Will continue to recommend them, they did a great job for us! Thanks to Patrick and his team!

Courteous workers and attention to details.

My husband and I had a blockage in our sewer pipes and had sewage rise up in our bathrooms. We called Matt as he was recommended by many neighbors in my area (East Dallas). He responded the same day and told us when he would be able to come out. At our appointment time, he arrived promptly and got straight to work. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly. Communication was wonderful - explained everything about what potential issues are and how to avoid what we had in the future. Overall, very professional and great guy. Highly recommend.
