Reeves Family Plumbing did a great job finding and repairing a hot water leak under the floor in our house. We were dreading the repair, but they were so great to work with. We love working with a company that does what they say they will do. They showed up on time and kept us updated on what was going on each step of the process. They are all professionals from the office staff to the techs that came out to our house. They did a great job, and we will definitely use them in the future. Highly recommend.

Have always been very happy with this company until recently. First they came out to look at the hot water bib in my washer and snake a shower. The bib was fine and he spent 15 minutes on the drain. Charged over $200.Paid to have heater checked out. “Everything is fine” A few weeks later heater would not come on. They came out turned it on and it worked. $110. Two days later heater stopped working. Several calls and promises to come out, still nobody has shown up.VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Howard & Quail came out to my house shortly before 9pm on a saturday, they stayed until midnight doing everything they could to make sure my plumbing problems were fixed. They even went so far as to drive behind my house to figure out what the issue was.Highly satisfied and great customer service was rendered.
