WHAT A RIP OFF! $ 89 fee to be credited to work if I use them. That was fine. Needed to simply replace a kitchen faucet, here which I had. 20-30 minute job. When plumber got here he quoted $450 to do the work. Said company had flat fee regardless of time required. ABSOLUTE RIP OFF. TOLD HIM NO THANKS.

I have had them 3 times. My water heater (they were actually below their estimate). They hooked up my fridge when the prior plumbing company said it was impossible and on top of all that the plumbers are excellent honest and frankly friendly. Both of the named times going so far as to walk me through basic repairs. A truly professional and excellent company.

Work done on time at a reasonable price. Did some damage to sprinkler system. They appeared to replace damaged pipes but that Zone no longer works. They completed job they were hired to do with expected results.

My husband and I had a blockage in our sewer pipes and had sewage rise up in our bathrooms. We called Matt as he was recommended by many neighbors in my area (East Dallas). He responded the same day and told us when he would be able to come out. At our appointment time, he arrived promptly and got straight to work. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly. Communication was wonderful - explained everything about what potential issues are and how to avoid what we had in the future. Overall, very professional and great guy. Highly recommend.

My first time meeting Dan was memorable. He’s very professional, energetic and a wealth of knowledge. Dial One Johnson is fortunate to have him.I was having an issue with a knocking noise in the main vent in the hallway. Dan diagnosed that the computer board was going out which was impacting the blower motor.He gave me several options for a resolution and most importantly he was working on my behalf to get me the best price possible with his manager.I’ve been with Dial One for many years and I trust the service they provide.
