I had a plumbing sewer backup in my house. They came, diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a timely fashion. They also made us aware of a potential future problem that involved the city sewage line and provided video and pictures to help the city quickly diagnose the problem for a speedy resolution. The workers were friendly and personable.

On time, pleasant, wore covers over shoes, cleaned up and explained all charges BEFORE they started the work. Very nice.

Everything was fine and the guys always did a nice job and cleaned up as if they had never been there. Recently they have not called me back when I left 2 messages. Which I did not understand. I know they have been busy with repairs from the freeze however no one bothered to tell me that was the reason they would not call me back to discuss two jobs at my house which they already knew needed to be done.

Showed up quickly, repairs were made... they left everything clean. Fair price. Overall - Excellent service and value!

They connected the water line for the dishwasher in a house I just purchased and had no idea the water line hadn’t been connected after remodeled! Darin Branch, ladies and gentlemen. I don't know if you can request certain people for service, and I'm sure the rest of the employees at pure plumbing are good, but I think I just dealt with the most competent and honest plumber I have ever met. The number is saved for all future plumbing needs. Fact. It's hard to find people you can trust, like a good mechanic, or a doctor, or an electrician. Thank goodness I found these guys! For this job and all future plumbing needs I might have! I had a backed up sewer drain and ended up having to hydro spray the entire line. A snake would have been a temp bandaid. The nasty solid grease chunks that came out blew my mind! At no point in the process did Darin try to oversell or upsell me on anything that he didn't think I should consider. He was polite, considerate when entering the house, and explained everything to this curious customer (I tend to ask a lot of questions through the whole process). We have cast iron and PVC under the house, and with any 60-year-old cast iron piping it will need to be replaced at some point. Guess who's going to do that for me?
