Best Water Heater in Dallas TX

Can't imagine using anyone else for our plumbing needs. Great bunch of trustworthy folks that do a GREAT job!

Be sure to ask price before you schedule an appointment. They use a standard price book and don't charge by the hour, so if the job takes 15 min or 15 hours you pay the same. I had an AC drip line clogged and they charged me $484 for about 20-25 minutes of work and another 15 minutes of telling me how their services work. The two guys were very professional and the job was completed and is now working properly but I feel they greatly over charge for their service. I have no doubt I could have had this job done for less than half what they charged me but I was in a time crunch so I just agreed to the rate since they were going to charge men the $85 just for the visit. I will not use Metro-Flow Plumbing again. Again just to be clear it was not about the work or the people that did the work but about the rate they charge for the work they do.

Jay was awesome! He’s been to my house a few times. Fixed my fire place and my ceiling leak! Would totally use again.

Reeves Family Plumbing did a great job finding and repairing a hot water leak under the floor in our house. We were dreading the repair, but they were so great to work with. We love working with a company that does what they say they will do. They showed up on time and kept us updated on what was going on each step of the process. They are all professionals from the office staff to the techs that came out to our house. They did a great job, and we will definitely use them in the future. Highly recommend.

. The plumbers fom 24 HR Emergency Plumber Dallas INC came on the same day and fixed the problem quickly. They only charged us for the investigation fee. The expert was very knowledgeable and I really appreciate that he also explained what the issue was.

Did the job.but, the advertised price was not honored. Had called them twice before and did not have an issue in the past.

This service was amazing with the work I needed was very urgent and got a super quick response and work was done quick for a water leak and repair the sewer line underlayment very happy with the service. However, I did not received the pictures for all the work that was done before and after as they promised I only got two pictures missing a lot more other than that very happy I will always use them any time I need some plumbing service .

Had a hot water heater installed along with a few faucet knobs, a slow draining sink and a drippy faucet repaired. The team was on time, but outside of the installation of the water heater, the guys had no idea about any of the other projects they were supposed to work on per my initial conversation with Clayton when setting up the appointment.Everything that was on the list to get done, got done and they did a good job. However, the team left a ton of dirt from the water heater installation and a bunch of grease in the shower and bathtub. I was charged an additional $160 for the flood stop device (plus $1.50 each for 4 AA batteries that were used in the device) despite the service man stating it was included in my original quote.

When you think “responsive,” are you thinking hours? 1-2 days? Try minutes! I discovered last night that our gas water heater was dead. It is now less than 24 hours later and we have a brand new water heater and are minutes away from a hot shower. Kind, professional, super-tidy, communicative, and dependable—just like you dreamed a plumber would be. Thanks Thomas, Raymond, and Mary!!!!!

Work done on time at a reasonable price. Did some damage to sprinkler system. They appeared to replace damaged pipes but that Zone no longer works. They completed job they were hired to do with expected results.

Poor experience, called for an estimate appt on 5/12, they said they could see us that day. Called later to say they need to move to next day. No problem, its end of day and emergencies get preference.Woke me up at 7:30am on a Saturday 5/13 and said a tech would arrive between 9-930am. At 9:50am I called and a man said they don’t know what happened, but I’m on the schedule for 10-1pm. He assured me he would investigate the miscommunication from that morning and call me back. No call back. At 12:45pm this was cutting into our day so I called to cancel our appt. The woman assured us they would tell dispatch. At 1:30pm tech arrives as we are trying to leave for errands. Fine he’s here, let’s get an estimate.A secondary sales guy shows up to give us our quote, he sits us down and says that we will be given a 3-ton unit since that’s what we have, and he recommends. I ask if he did any testing to confirm what’s needed, since our current unit is over 20 years old and, you know, technology changes. Says no tests are needed, it might change the ducting, and “the general rule of thumb is 500sqft per ton”. He then asked how many sqft we have (2400), and then….didn’t change his recommendation.All in all we needed at least a 4 ton by his own rule of thumb, and upon checking our unit we CURRENTLY have a 4 ton. This team didn’t do any heat loading, didn’t even know what our square footage was, tried to sell us a lower unit and didn’t even know what tonnage we currently had. All with a much higher price than competitors. At this point the money wouldn’t be the issue, but I have no confidence in their recommendations.The technician however was respectful and efficient, and even avoided our rug with his shoes, that was nice.

We have worked with HC Edwards plumbing for over 40 years. Jason, the son, has taken over now and does the same great work!! We called this morning and he was at our house by lunchtime!! Highly recommended!!!

Eric came out the same day I called and inquired about replacing a small hot water heater we had. Very professional, made recommendations and checked all additional plumbing to ensure no other issues were present. Came the next day and installed the new water heater. On time, friendly and prices were reasonable. Would use again!
