Blake did a great job, he identified the problem and solved it. Additionally he suggested additional steps to prevent the problem to happen again.

500.00 dollars for a 40.00 part is unbelievable. I hope they are paying their Techs a hundred dollars an hour.

RE Update: Slate plumbing returned today to fix the issue. After looking at the toilet, I was told it would cost $380 to repair, which was unacceptable. I asked to speak to management to resolve the issue, and after some debate, Abel (mgmt) agreed to repair it at no cost, if I would change my review from 1 to 5 stars. While I'm happy with the end result, communication/customer service on the management side needs improvement. With that said, the toilet was repaired and seems to be working well again, so I have updated my review as promised.Update: I never received an email, but I'll take you at your word that you will contact me Monday to make this right.Slate Plumbing broke what they were here to repair. I called to get them back to fix the issue, but an answering service answers all calls, and a manager would never contact me. I can't recommend Slate plumbing.

Incorrectly stated we had a foundation leak that was going to cost us over $4000 after completing a small repair that was initially quoted at $750. In trying to coordinate between One Source and our insurance plumbers they extended our repair out for two weeks only to verify that no, there was no foundation leak. That was after my husband reminded their plumber, who was 45 mins late, that he was supposed to be at our house to meet with the other plumbers. Once that was settled I was told the repair would be $250, but was charged $325. I would not trust them to come out to my home again.

despite me not being there when they arrived, and leaving before they handed me the invoice, and also getting blue on them because i didnt know that toilet tabs are bad for toilets, i got top notch service from these guys really professional, let us know about an hvac problem and recommended a great hvac person who came over did the procedure and left with no runaround. they had parts on hand they needed to replace and they came all the way out to carrolltonthey were a rec from an architect friend and i would def rec them to you!

Matt and his team were simply amazing! They arrived on time and got me an appointment within a couple days. I was having issues with both toilets in my house so Matt and his crew brought out a camera to see what was going on. He determined I needed new toilets because there was no blockage. The team provided recommendations on toilets to purchase and didn't try to upsell or take advantage of a single woman. It was like working with family, someone you immediately trust and isn't just out to take all your money. I will definitely be using Workman Plumbing again!

Have had nothing but great experiences with this company. Plumbers are knowledgeable and very fair. I highly recommend to anyone who thinks they may need plumbing help. And they come out for free! Can't beat that.

Took him about 30 minutes to unclog the drain and replace a drain plug (which I had on hand). He charges $375 to unclog any drain he said. $492 dollars was my total. Seems expensive.

I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with their service! Daron was so professional and clearly has a strong work ethic. They had a lot of work to do and completed it in timely manner. Initially when he came to assess the problem he was thorough in his inspection and explained everything he was doing. He made a very stressful time much easier to deal with!

Pascual Adame was the person who helped us. He was very friendly and informative, he was able to figure out the cause of our issue without being super invasive, saving us the trouble of a potential larger problem.
