Best Shower in Dallas TX

Along with half of Dallas, my downstairs a/c stopped working on 7/20/18. After being turned down for service by another company, I left a service request for Cody and Sons over the weekend and they promptly contacted me on the following Monday, offering me the next available appointment the following Friday. They gave me a window from 3:00 to 6:00. I was very pleased to get a call from the tech at 2:30 saying he was 30 minutes away. When he arrived, the tech quickly diagnosed the problem and conducted all necessary repairs quickly and cleanly, and I believe at a fair price. I am sorry I do not remember the tech's name, but he was extremely friendly and professional. I will definitely use Cody & Sons again when circumstances require such services.

Insanely high prices, don't waste your time.

This company was new to me and he was on TIME , Now that was very impressive, My plumber (Jonathan) was very pleasant and professional, he was also very informative, I liked the fact he didn't sugar coating anything,what needs to fix and what needs to be replace n repaired. Had a hot water heater installed along with a few faucet knobs, a slow draining sink and a drippy faucet repaired. The team was on time, but outside of the installation of the water heater, the guys had no idea about any of the other projects they were supposed to work on per my initial conversation with Clayton when setting up the appointment.Everything that was on the list to get done, got done and they did a good job. However, the team left a ton of dirt from the water heater installation and a bunch of grease in the shower and bathtub. I was charged an additional $160 for the flood stop device (plus $1.50 each for 4 AA batteries that were used in the device) despite the service man stating it was included in my original quote.

This review is long overdue. Chad is wonderful. He came up with a plan that avoided digging through our house and foundation. All work was done outside quickly and cleanly. Chad and his team were in constant communication with us and we knew what was going to happen next at all times, and were always happy to answer our questions. Work was done on time as estimated and on budget. Couldn't ask for better service.

We had our tankless water heater flushed by Daron from Pure Plumbing and he did an excellent job. He evaluated our system, took me through the process and completed the work timely. He did Excellent Job! He was very patient and got the job done and got the Atmos People Straight after they tried to Say I Had a Gas leak, and didn't have one, he was very Reasonable and didn't try to get over like most plumbers.

Was told by 2 companies (Devard’s & Ben Franklin) both water tanks were toast. Called Atlas for estimate. Sonny was honest and fair. Expecting to change two water heaters, his plumbers came out, changed one tank, and were able to fix the other! They were on time and professional. Definitely an Atlas customer from now on! Thank you!
