Outstanding performance and customer care. Tony was my technician and did a thorough job of tuning up my A/C system. Previous poster was correct about coolant (freon) as is quite expensive. (Are newer units phasing this out?) There was an irritating rattle going on in the left living room vent, whenever A/C would come on. Tony was awesome to return; fix the annoying problem and not even charge me for a return visit. My only recommendation would be for the company to hire a retired tech in the office. They would be able to help the girls answer many questions of callers regarding technical issues. This is a top-notch company with a stellar reputation for customer satisfaction. You got my vote 100%! Can't wait to try their plumbing services - Thanks Cody & Sons!!

Needed to unblock two drains in a Jack and Jill bathroom upstairs and to replace the mechanism in a toilet tank. Quote was for $1,200 plus tax. I had the work done by my local handyman for $150. He even checked the drain lines in my Air Conditioning system. I am happy to pay a fair price but this was just exorbitant and way too much for what was being done. Clearly they charge a fixed amount by task. I would look for a more reasonable plumbing service elsewhere.

Richard Wells and his team at Tribeca Plumbing moved mountains to make sure that the plumbing leak in my master bedroom was repaired in a matter of hours during the worst winter weather storm in at least ten years. I can't sing enough praises about these guys. All around first class service.

I need to say that this company is what they truly call a Family Company! I am beyond impressed of how well they handled my plumbing issues, Fernando was so professional and courteous! They fixed my Leaks,did tests neccessary to detect leaks in the most efficient way! I was cheated by another company for 5,100 (which did not do the work properly) and Reeves came to the rescue! Clint Walker was our technician, along with his trainee, and I am VERY satisfied with their work ethics and congeniality. They seemed to under-stand out drain problem immediately and performed the job quickly.Clint also suggested actions which can be performed to avoid future problems.I mentioned that our water heater was seven years old and he, happily, gave me an estimate for replacing it. I needed some leak repair of a shower and called Atlas in morning explaining that i needed someone today, since leak was bad. they scheduled me for afternoon. But late in afternoon called back and said they could not make it. Since it was Friday, and they don't work weekends, and had scheduled customers on Monday, they couldn't get to me till Tuesday. Tried to reason with them, to no avail.
