What a great experience! We had major plumbing issues which required a major repair, tunneling under the slab and a substantial amount of knowledge from Tribeca to do it properly.From Richard the owner, to Jay who found the problem and did the repairs and Ramon and Donnie as well, they made the experience as easy as possible always keeping in mind how it affected us the homeowners and keeping the cost and time required in mind to try and keep us as happy as possible! It was a major repair and I would absolutely use them again for any issues and would recommend them to everyone!

I discovered a clogged kitchen sink over Christmas. I called Reeves this morning and got an answer almost immediately. Thankfully they had some appointments today and the crew (JC I believe) showed up on time, as scheduled. They quickly diagnosed the issue and removed the clog. Fast and easy. Very professional services rendered at a time most needed. Plumbers were respectful of my house, e.g., they laid runners down so they would not track dirt into the house and they were also personable, caring as to my situation, and I felt comfortable with them while they were working inside and outside of my house.I would highly recommend their company if you need good, hard working and reliable plumbers.

Accurate Leak was not only way better priced, they started and completed when they said they would. Very courteous and professional. I would recommend them.

Called to ask about installing a gas log fireplace insert. Was quoted $99 for the first 30 minutes and $50 each additional 30 minutes. No estimate of the amount of time it would take. This is just the labor fee. Sounds like gouging to me. Will not be using them.
