They sent Austin Thomas out , he was friendly , arrived on-time and took care of all our plumbing issues quickly and at a very fair price. We are so appreciative and cannot wait to take a hot shower! I rate them pretty highly based on the fact that they said what they would do and did what they said. I had a very vexing under the slab leak. They coordinated working with a tunneling crew to uncover the pipe and then fixed the multiple leaks located. All this took several days and they were extremely sensitive to our need to be left at the end of each day with running water in at least part of the house. All in all, well done.

Had a great experience today. Called last night, and first thing this morning had my issue fixed. Everything was completely taken care of in a matter of minutes. Very respectful and helpful. I highly recommend.
