We were connected to a technician who walked us through a few troubleshooting steps that ended up resolving the issue. Matthew is amazing! He knows his job very well and likes his job also. It definitely shows in his work ethic and knowledge of the situation. We had 2 other estimates that quoted over $5000 said we had root damage. Matthew showed me via camera that there was a piece of tile that the floor company got in the line when they replaced our floors. Matthew got the tile removed and now we can use our bathroom again.Thank you Jesus! The job was completed for $345, what a relief. Thank you Workman Plumbing for being honest!

I had an appointment, they called me at the time scheduled and told me it would be 2-3 hours longer. After waiting 2 hours, I called again and they said it'd be about another 2 hours, but they would call on their way. After waiting almost 2 more hours without a call, I called again, this time to cancel, I could not wait any longer. They did not offer an apology or to try to reschedule.

We have been dealing with plumbers since December and they are the only ones that did what they said they would do and completed the job. I would recommend them to anyone. Great customer service.

When we weren’t able to fix the issue ourselves, he came to our aid at midnight on a weekend. The issue was fixed at a cost less than estimated! BEWARE!!! Howard is an unethical plumber that never fixed a water heater that he was paid in advance over $600 to fix, that should have costs $50 in parts plus labor. Howard was not knowledgeable of hot water heaters or the electrical components required for installation. Howard sold me a stolen water heater that he knew would not work in my home and left with the money and stopped answering his phone. He also lied about how much he was owed for a reimbursement of parts that were never used because of the incorrect water heater that he brought. Howard is unprofessional as he does not arrive on time. We would agree to meet at 4:30 and each time he would arrive at my home after 9pm and always have an excuse as to why he was late. Howard comes off as a sincere person however it is all a scam to make you comfortable with him. I advise anyone to avoid doing business with him. I will be taking legal action against Howard and 3rd generation plumbing pros.
