Chris was very professional and explained everything we needed to know about our new water heater.

We had a Saturday plumbing leak and had called 8 other companies! No one was available until at least Tuesday! Blake was super responsive and was going to get our problem taken care of by the end of day. Very professional and made me feel heard while the other 8 companies made me feel like I was out of luck !

I have 3 A/C units and 2 of them where giving me trouble. They where able to come out the same day and make the repairs. Super dependable, super professional, they did excellent work and will use them again whether is be for A/C concerns or plumbing issues. They are a 5 STAR outfit.

Warning: Extremely high prices.I had them quote replacing the main shutoff valve for the house and adding a PRV to reduce the pressure. Their quote was $1,500. I have a good idea of the work involved to complete this project, and this felt very high to me.I have since found another plumber to do the job for $500.Since they did no work for me, I can't comment on the quality of their work. However, I'd strongly recommend you get other quotes before having them do any work, because they don't mind taking you to the cleaners.

Unfortunately this company has merged into a flat fee program large corporate type company. This means to replace a valve and a flap in a toilet is around $500. It’s no longer the small local, first name basis business that it was. I am super bummed because I really enjoyed working with the former trade owners. They charged me the cost of basically a brand new toilet today. Not going to happen again. I wish their employees well. Such a bummer.

Very professional and timely, even though it was late at night! Crew came in and did their work, fixing the issue. My biggest complaint (not the fault of the crew) was that the price was 2-3x higher than I've paid other plumbers, and that just seems wrong. So service is good, if you can pay for it.

Quickly assessed the stopped toilet, plunged and fixed it.

I just moved into my first home and after a couple of weeks I realized my water wasn't getting hot. I am a first time homeowner so I wasn't sure what to do so I called Matt and he was able to come over within a day to come take a look. It was obvious I needed a new water heater and he was able to uninstall my old one and install a brand new one within a couple of hours. After the service was completed, he walked me through what had been done so that I was well informed on everything. He also conveniently uses a portal for invoices so I was able to pay online (he even helped when I had some questions). He was super communicative, very friendly, knowledgable and easy to work with.
