My tankless hot water heater quit working. It was replaced today. Joseph and Selso did a great job. I appreciated the care they took to clean up too.

I called around 8:30 am to get a plumber to unclog our toilets in our office. Tammy answered the phone and was so helpful and polite. Juan and his helper showed up at the office within 45 min of me calling. They were both very efficient and polite. They unclogged the main line of our toilets and were gone within 30 min. The price was very affordable, I was definitely expecting a high bill considering me needed someone so last minute. If you need a plumber I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

This was our second time working with accurate leak and they once again delivered great results. Worked well around our time frame and communicated well and they were always responsive to my requests.

Working with this company has been extremely difficult. You get a window of 4 hours for a tech, he comes out, needs something, schedules another day for a different 4 hour window. Then he says he has to get an approval and will call back. I hear nothing for 3 days so i call in and they try to get me to pay a bill i already paid and i had to provide a check number to prove it. After that they schedule me for an AM appointment, again a 4 hour window (mind you I have had no AC for over a week now). I take off work and wait. Call in and am informed that they moved me to a PM appointment and are sorry they cannot do anything. I ahve to work so have to reschedule again for another mid day window of 4 hours. I would look to another company that can keep time commitments and fix your equipment in a timely manner so you are not out of AC for over a week, including a holiday weekend, and you get a proper window where people actually show up. I cannot comment on the actual work yet as it is not even complete and my AC is still down.

The owner Matt is very responsive and professional. He was able to come out with his worker same day on one occasion and next day on another. Replaced hot water tank exactly as planned in terms of price and time quoted. Excellent clean up. Would hire again without hesitation.

Mr Fredrick Dandridge came to service our needs, He was very courteous, patient and informative. He answered so many questions, and cleared up a lot of my concerns regarding the plumbing in the Home. Jason came out the evening I called him. He and his Dad have called or been here every day since to make sure the job got done. We have been dealing with plumbers since December and they are the only ones that did what they said they would do and completed the job. I would recommend them to anyone. Great customer service.

Jordan Blaine was very courteous and professional. He was prompt, upfront, and quick with the repair. As for Pure Plumbing itself, they were flexible with getting someone out as soon as possible. This is not a 5 star review because I think the labor cost was too high for the work and the time it took to complete. Everything else? A solid 4 star experience.
