Today was my first time using Tribeca. I found them based on reviews. Very pleased with today's work! The plumber (Juan) replaced a toilet and diagnosed a leak. The leak diagnosis was very thorough (I am extremely impressed). They will be coming back another day to repair the leak (which they gave me a quote for today). After they do the additional work I will write another review. So far, very pleased!

I was quoted an astronomical price on an AC unit. Hooper quoted me a fair price that was thousands less. I went with Hooper and they installed my new AC unit and I now have a service contract with them. Johnnie also found and remedied an issue on one of my existing AC units when he was here on my annual visit. I feel like they are knowledgeable and trustworthy and aren’t trying to sell me on extra things. I also like that they retain their technicians.

I had a stopped up toilet when I got home from work on a Friday evening. My house only has one toilet, so I really needed to get it fixed. I called another company who could not do anything until Saturday. So, I called One Source, and was able to have the problem handled within 1.5 hours of making the call. The plumber demonstrated excellent knowledge and skill, was friendly, and took care of everything in an efficient manner. It was a rainy night, and he took care to keep my floors clean. I surely appreciated this service.

I have had them over to my house twice to do repairs. All were done quickly and efficiently. Everyone has been extremely professional as well. I actually live far way, and I pay extra to have them drive to come to my house, and it's well worth it for a company you can trust!

James is an awesome plumber. Our 2nd floor bathroom was leaking down to the 1st foor ceiling and it was a mess. Our flange broke and along with that, a section of a pipe.James explained to us in details how he was going to approach and fix the issue. He went above and beyond accommodatted our request, keep our indoor clean and no mess left behind. He also recommended us a better product and tips on how to avoid future issues.We really appreciated him and will definitely recommend Dial One to anyone we know that in need of plumbing.

Took him about 30 minutes to unclog the drain and replace a drain plug (which I had on hand). He charges $375 to unclog any drain he said. $492 dollars was my total. Seems expensive.
