The issues we have had with deteriorating cast iron pipes, and a clay sewer line are finally over! We now have reliable plumbing and peace of mind! The Hooper Plumbing & Air Conditioning team was phenomenal. They were honest, forthright, and thorough. Like many others, we found ourselves with a broken pipe due to the freeze. We contacted Reeves and were able to get someone out the next day. Two courteous and professional men arrived and made quick work of the repair. They were masked, and even used plastic covers on their shoes to keep from tracking the snow into the house. Reeves has my highest personal recommendation.

Troy and Allen came to unclog my kitchen drain and they were so nice and helpful. After clearing the drain, Troy explained how my drain/disposal piping was set up incorrectly and that they were more susceptible to clogs. He took the time to explain the problem and ways to avoid it in the future and then he went beyond the service call and fixed a problem with my faucet that I didn't realize I had! I will definitely call Public Service Plumbers for my next plumbing issues.

We had a leak in our ceiling and water running down the walls and bubbling the paint. Slate Plumbing was able to come out same day and take care of the problem. Moises did a fantastic job. He made sure he did the job right, provided insight into what what happened and why, and was always ready to answer questions. He explained everything that he was going to do and gave an estimate before he performed the work. Slate also put us in contact with a Water Mitigation company to stay on top of things and guide us though getting our house back in order. Moises offered top-notch customer service and professionalism. He also found several other minor issues with the plumbing and corrected them before they became problems. We are so glad that we were able to get service from Slate Plumbing.

I just don' think they are affordable , very expensive for what they do . Don't buy the warranty . It doesn't cover anything like I was told . 100 extra for nothing

Work done on time at a reasonable price. Did some damage to sprinkler system. They appeared to replace damaged pipes but that Zone no longer works. They completed job they were hired to do with expected results.

Eric was my service man. I am a disabled senior, having to use a walker and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the air conditioning system as he did his maintenance. He helped move my car for me in and out of the garage and checked on a couple of other things that I asked him questions about and was very knowledgeable, if all the servicemen that came out were as polite and kind as this this young man was I would have no problems with any companies!

The team was in time and quick to do the work. Quick response when I reached out for help - shutting down gas and water lines to an apartment and got a range of prices for the work which I appreciated because I at least wanted to be prepared for the sticker shock. After the work was complete I was told I had the best case scenario and paid the lower price on my range. Even if it had been the top end i still appreciated knowing what to prepare for. Team was reliable and I’ll have them back for my next project.

After buying our “new” home that supposedly had “new plumbing”, we had multiple issues pop up the first month. My air conditioner gave out in 105 degree weather. When I called Emmet was unable to make it out that evening but put me on the schedule for the next day at noon.Emmet arrived at my house on time, spoke to me about the symptoms I was seeing and got right to work. Emmet quickly identified the root causes of my problem, got my approval and fixed them. Because it's an old system and he can't guarantee how long the fix will last (related to the coolant filter-dryer not being in good shape anymore) he didn't charge me beyond the service call. The whole experience left me feeling relieved, not screwed which I was very worried about. Emmet was clean, knowledgeable and articulate. I'm happy to continue to do business with him and Dial One.

Our water heater was leaking pretty bad and it was already late in the evening and I was a bit frantic since my husband was at work. My husband sent me the information to call since he had seen that they responded at any time, 24/7. Jason answered right away and came straight to the house (even during a random and crazy thunderstorm). He was able to get everything solved that night and came back first thing in the morning to install a new water heater. He did all of the work and I didn’t have to feel stressed about picking a water heater or worrying about other things. He took care of everything.Very honest, professional, reliable, cares about customers and makes them the priority. I will definitely give this company a call if I need anything else!
