Felipe was fantastic! First, before he ever came inside he put little slipper thingys on his shoes. Not necessary but a nice touch and very thoughtful. He was quick, thorough, explained everything clearly and concisely and fixed us right up. I feel like Cody & Sons has a great reputation because they hire great people like Felipe. And they just plain do good work. :)

Great service but prices are to high

Juan and Julio saved our bacon after this Feb 2021 freeze. They were so kind and helped me understand why our pipes burst and gave recommendations. Repaired 2 burst pipes within an hour maybe and made sure nothing else was leaking in my home. Very reasonable price and great service!!

Receptionist was very friendly and professional and Jacob was fantastic. The only reason for 4 stars was that it took 6-7 hours and a couple calls before someone to came (on a Saturday). But when they found an available plumber he called and was on time and handled the job quickly and professionally.

Non licensed company

I have multiple issues with Roto-Rooter. One, they never gave us any heads up (call or text) before showing up to our house. Two, we had a leak in a pipe under the side of the house that we had to shut off all our water for. We called Roto-Rooter out to give us a quote and they dug out a huge hole in the ground in our front yard and then notified us that they would be back the following day with a specialist to fix the leak. The following day rolls around (after over 24 hours without access to water in our home) and the same guy shows up (with no notice) and is literally just messing around the hole and he says he is waiting for the specialist. 2 hours later, he comes to the door and tells us so I'm not sure when the specialist is going to get here, so this is just wasting our time waiting around and my boss is telling me to leave.I took off now 2 days from work for them to just leave the job. That is unacceptable!Now we are going on 2 days with no water in our home and Roto Rooter has done nothing but hinder us getting the leak fixed, and having our water turned back on.Would NEVER recommend this unprofessional service to ANYONE!!

I have used Mai Plumbing for over 30 years. Slab Leak, Hot Water Heater(s), Gas Leak....They have always been prompt, and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Extremely honest and helpful company!! Would definitely recommend. They really made sure our problem was not a slab leak before doing anything. We really their appreciate the help. Showed up early too!

I would not recommend this company to anyone! They have a national call center that answers their phones and the reps do not have access to any owner account. They ask you to repeat all of your account information each time because they cannot see your service details or account details. Company gave me a 2 hour window and did not even call to let me know they were running several hours behind. They gave me a window of 1-3pm or 3-5pm (which I was to choose) and no one called me when tech was running ours behind. I called the company to find out where the tech was. The tech that came to our home was beyond rude. And then the price was 3x more than others in the area. I would never use this company! When I asked to speak with a manager, they said that had no phone numbers or emails of anyone to contact but the 'Manager' will call you back. I asked for a 'Manager' to call back yesterday and then never did. I called again today with the exact same script given to me. You cannot cancel any appointments with the without speaking to a 'Manager' and good luck getting a hold of any 'Manager.'

Matt is everything you could ask for from a hired service professional. Friendly, dependable, diligent, honest, and fairly priced. He explained everything clearly in terms of what needed to be done and how much it would cost. I appreciated the great work, the attention to detail, and the follow-up to ensure everything was perfect.
