I called for help a couple of times and Tom Sheffield came out and took care of the problem quick and did a great job. He is such a great and honest person and doesn’t give you the run around. Dallas Plumbing Company was professional, responsive, and offered good customer service through their dispatch. If there were any hiccups throughout our interaction, they made sure to make up for it. Their technician, Anthony, came and was able to access our sewer lines to perform an in-camera inspection to detect a plumbing leak, which he did. This was something another plumbing company said they could not do without charging us $3800 to install access points. Anthony was able to get the job done and give us a detailed report with his recommendation so that we could provide the same to our insurance company for prompt resolution of the issue. I’d use them again.

Matthew is amazing! He knows his job very well and likes his job also. It definitely shows in his work ethic and knowledge of the situation. We had 2 other estimates that quoted over $5000 said we had root damage. Matthew showed me via camera that there was a piece of tile that the floor company got in the line when they replaced our floors. Matthew got the tile removed and now we can use our bathroom again.Thank you Jesus! The job was completed for $345, what a relief. Thank you Workman Plumbing for being honest!

Had a problem with my a/c condensation drain. It was connected to an air vent. This eventually led to a leak in my ceiling. The air vent was clogged. 3rd Gen Plumbing showed up and reconfigured the condensation drain for me. He did a great job and was very professional.
