My toilet is old and i need a new one..It flooded my bathroom. There were calcium deposits in and around the toilet causing the problem. They were thorough and Sal, the plumber was very nice. I ended up getting a new a new toilet and it is functioning wonderfully. Thanks Metro Flow and great job, Sal!

Super nice guy. But he charged $300 for a 6 min job. I called in a non-emergency situation. We had a slow draining kitchen sink. I explained that I had a 15’ manual snake which temporarily solved the issue, but it either wasn’t long enough or wasn’t big enough in diameter to completely fix the issue. We scheduled an appointment for the following business day during normal business hours. They said the service call was $75, but that was waived if they did the job. When the plumber arrived he quoted us $330 “because it was a very difficult job with very difficult equipment.” My wife vetoed me because she wanted it fixed now. He used an electric Rigid snake which you can rent at any equipment rental store for $50/day, and it literally took him 6 minutes from the time he opened the extremely accessible clean-out until he had his snake rolled back up and was asking for a check.As I said, super nice guy, but that should have been a $75 job.

We have used Sheffield for years and the quality of their work has not diminished. Thomas and his associates are a credit to their profession. They are very knowledgeable and personable. Thomas replaced our shower heads with the most amazing and reasonably priced unit. I say thanks ever day.They have also done some major repair work which required working in the crawl space of our 70 year old home. A real act of courage.

I am quite impressed with Accurate Leak and I am glad I choose them to fix my sewer leak. It was a big job and they did great. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Chris was very responsive and kept updating me of the job progress daily. Could not be happier with the experience.

After getting to the house and diagnosing the problem it was determined to be exactly what he said. Will definitely recommend his services.
