Jorge came out to perform our semi annual HVAC system maintenance. Communication from Walker air was great. We received a text the day before letting us know the two hour time frame. Then today we received a text confirming Jorge was on the way, a number to contact Jorge should we need it and a picture. Jorge was friendly, professional and made sure we knew what he was doing and gave us updates along the way. He did make some recommendations that were not required at this time but something to think about. He was not pushy, which I appreciate. Definitely 5 star service from Jorge and Walker air!

Everyone we interacted with from the call center staff to our technician was so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. We called at 9:30a about a broken water heater and had a new one installed and working by 5p that same day. Super impressed with this company and its people.
