Today was my first time using Tribeca. I found them based on reviews. Very pleased with today's work! The plumber (Juan) replaced a toilet and diagnosed a leak. The leak diagnosis was very thorough (I am extremely impressed). They will be coming back another day to repair the leak (which they gave me a quote for today). After they do the additional work I will write another review. So far, very pleased!

Just an fyi for everyone that this is a service that routes your call to random companies based on the zip code you enter. They will answer in the wee hours of the morning. I called to find out where my plumber was as I had heard nothing back 7 hours later and got a different company that they had none of my information from my call at 4am.

I just wanted to take some time to praise Keyfer Fiveash of Roto Rooter. We had the unfortunate event of a drain clog that backed up sewage into our tub and overflowed our toilet. This happened right before we were off to bed at about 11:30 pm. I Googled “plumbing Rockwall” and Roto Rooter was 1st on list. When I spoke to attendant, she was able to send Keyfer to our home and upon his arrival Keyfer presented a high level of professionalism in assessing our situation and developed a solution to our problem. During his process Keyfer was confident in his approach and explained what was happening. This gave my wife and I a high sense of certainty in Keyfer’s ability and execution.In the process, Keyfer was able to unclog our drain, and found a major crack in our pipe that was caused by the over growth from our front yard shrubs. Under his recommendation Keyfer developed a plan to excavate and repair the pipe system the next morning.At lunch, Atmos arrived to mark our lawn of critical areas. I was impressed that Keyfer and Roto Rooter has communicated with utility companies to prevent any damage to existing pipes and lines. The excavation team was quick and allowed Keyfer to identify the pipe, and successfully install a new system.Many thanks to Roto Rooter and Keyfer Fiveash for their help and giving us peace of mind. One Source Plumbing is AWESOME. We had a gas leak during one of our winter cold snaps and they were out here right away. They replaced our main gas line to the house. They were professional and explained everything that needed to be done. They got us up and running. Thanks One Source Plumbing.

Had a hot water heater installed along with a few faucet knobs, a slow draining sink and a drippy faucet repaired. The team was on time, but outside of the installation of the water heater, the guys had no idea about any of the other projects they were supposed to work on per my initial conversation with Clayton when setting up the appointment.Everything that was on the list to get done, got done and they did a good job. However, the team left a ton of dirt from the water heater installation and a bunch of grease in the shower and bathtub. I was charged an additional $160 for the flood stop device (plus $1.50 each for 4 AA batteries that were used in the device) despite the service man stating it was included in my original quote.

Dallas Plumbing Company was professional, responsive, and offered good customer service through their dispatch. If there were any hiccups throughout our interaction, they made sure to make up for it. Their technician, Anthony, came and was able to access our sewer lines to perform an in-camera inspection to detect a plumbing leak, which he did. This was something another plumbing company said they could not do without charging us $3800 to install access points. Anthony was able to get the job done and give us a detailed report with his recommendation so that we could provide the same to our insurance company for prompt resolution of the issue. I’d use them again.

We found this company via a lot of great recommendations on next door. I called them to take a look at a leak that we found coming out of an odd drain pipe behind our dishwasher. Matthew and his team quickly identified the problem and resolved the issue for us in a quick and professional manner. We’re definitely calling him and his team for our next plumbing needs!

Unprofessional; called to have an estimate regarding a hot water tank and instead of assessing the issue he compounded the problem by opening the valve and spraying water everywhere causing further damage and soaking the area of the attic floor and ceiling below that had already been dried.Not only did he make the problem worse, he left the light on in the attic, left the door ajar, and then hid in his vehicle for over 10 minutes writing up an absurd estimate that is near triple the price of any other plumbing company.Daniel, you are a discredit to the profession.Absolutely unacceptable.
