We had a gas leak coming out of the valve in our fireplace, we had several different plumbers come out and we picked Cody & Sons.These guys were great, professional, explained what needed to be done, we ended up paying what the estimate said we would, no extra charges or anything. They have obviously been well trained. Would definitely use them again.

My office water heater was leaking and Tribeca responded quickly, performed quality work and cleaned up after themselves. The water heater was in a closet with a tight fit, but they did not damage anything and had the water heater replaced within a few hours of making the phone call to them. Thanks, Tribeca!

I'm actually scheduled with them for Monday to install some new gas lamps and to change our full house water filters. This morning, the kitchen sink started leaking so I called them for emergency service today. I was told that they couldn't help me. Even though they say they can schedule emergency repairs, the receptionist told me she had no availability today, which is Friday.

Carlos Gonzalez was very punctual and explained everything to me. He also set up a 2nd appointment for me so I didn't have to call anyone. The communication was great from both the office and Carlos.

Super nice guy. But he charged $300 for a 6 min job. I called in a non-emergency situation. We had a slow draining kitchen sink. I explained that I had a 15’ manual snake which temporarily solved the issue, but it either wasn’t long enough or wasn’t big enough in diameter to completely fix the issue. We scheduled an appointment for the following business day during normal business hours. They said the service call was $75, but that was waived if they did the job. When the plumber arrived he quoted us $330 “because it was a very difficult job with very difficult equipment.” My wife vetoed me because she wanted it fixed now. He used an electric Rigid snake which you can rent at any equipment rental store for $50/day, and it literally took him 6 minutes from the time he opened the extremely accessible clean-out until he had his snake rolled back up and was asking for a check.As I said, super nice guy, but that should have been a $75 job.

I called Mai Plumbing about an issue and was extremely impressed at their customer service. They aren’t able to get to my place for a couple of days but in the meantime, the gentleman offered to walk me through steps to mitigate my leak until they can get here. Superb customer service already and they haven’t even been to my place yet. I would recommend them already

I have several properties in the Dallas area, some are rental homes, and I use Dallas Plumbing exclusively for anything they can repair or install. I have used them recently on 2 rental properties, 1 locating a leak behind a wall and repairing same and the other was replacing a water heater and pan. I've also used them at my home where they install a new kitchen sink, faucet, disposal and install all the bathroom sink faucets throughout the house. Austin has done all the work on my properties and I couldn't recommend a better technician! I will always request him personally to perform any work on my properties in the future! Dallas Plumbing is also reasonably priced, I have tried another plumber in Dallas but declined their services due to their extremely high costs. Me and my family has been using Dallas Plumbing for all their plumbing and a/c-heating needs for about 30 years - they are by far the best in my experience.

Seemed to do a good job resealing a toilet, but did not take the time to test whether outside faucet still had a leak after work done on it. Will use someone different in the future as much overpriced for the value received.
