I experienced a water leak in my attic on December 23rd. I called was told a tech couldn’t come out till the 28th. After I called 30 minutes later Joseph returned my call and said he was on his way to my home. He found the water leak in the attic he installed a new insulated pipe. My praises go to him for repairing our leak and enabled us to have water on Christmas Day. I have used Cody and son before and would used them again. I highly recommend their work and technician, Joseph.

Metro Flow was FANTASTIC to work with. They were professional, timely, friendly and did excellent quality work. We had lots of plumbing work done in the yard and when they finished, the yard looked like it had barely been touched. Our new gas line and plumbing work great and we couldn't be happier.

Jay was professional, pleasant, and most importantly, skilled. He fixed the issue, helped us with some hardware to prevent the issue from recurring, and even went the extra mile to examine and help us take winterizing measures on a second outside spigot.The service was fast to arrive, our plumber Jay was skilled and forward thinking, our problem is as speedily resolved in advance of a pending freeze, and the price was fair. Just an fyi for everyone that this is a service that routes your call to random companies based on the zip code you enter. They will answer in the wee hours of the morning. I called to find out where my plumber was as I had heard nothing back 7 hours later and got a different company that they had none of my information from my call at 4am.

There was some delay upfront getting the quote for my new tankless water heater installation approved due to city codes. Once that was settled, however, the rest of the process was as smooth as could be hoped. Ron and Chris and the rest of the team were very professional and courteous and advised me of their progress throughout the process. They did their best to be as quiet as possible outside of the necessary drilling. They turned the water heater on after the first day so we could still have access to hot water while they completed their work. Initially, I thought I was going to need to hire an electrician to install a new power outlet for the water heater, but Chris found a solution and was able to drill through the wall of the closet and access an outlet on the other side, which saved me time and money! When one of the crew who dug the trench for the new gas line uprooted a shrub in my backyard, Chris made a temporary mound of soil for it and watered the roots to make sure it would be survive until they could replant it. He couldn’t have known at the time, but those shrubs are my most important yard plants because they remind me of my hometown, so I am very fond of them. Finally, on the day of the city inspection, I overheard the inspector say that their work “looked really good” and gave them the green light to complete the project within a couple hours. That is the highest praise I have heard from a Richardson city inspector on a home renovation project, so I am very confident it was done well. They cleaned up the same day – for a total of 3 days for a new gas line and tankless water heater installation – all well-done and excellent service! Dallas Plumbing will be my go-to for all of my future plumbing and gas renovation projects.

A++ service! Had a leak on Memorial Day that was pretty bad. Matt came out quickly, fixed the problem, and even gave me some tips on preventative measures. He is now my go to guy for any future plumbing, water heater installs or fixes.

These guys are the best. We've called them at least a dozen times over the last 8 years and we always get the same guy who knows his craft and does quality work. We've never had an issue with their work once it was done. I would highly recommend this company and it's services.
