Best Plumbing Leak Repair in Dallas TX

Cody has done plumbing repairs for us before, and they've done a great job. This is definitely not the main thrust of their business any longer. The work done was substandard. For a bathtub with a frozen valve, not only was the work I requested not done, in fact I was told I didn't need it done, and could have a less expensive fix. This fix did not work. They left me with two leaking pipes which had not been leaking previously. They had to dismantle my sink because, they said, a quarter was wedged in it. It was put back together badly, and the bowl is now unstable and wobbles. I'm so disappointed.

Ted managed a big plumbing project at our house last year and he resolved a couple of smaller issues that popped up this month. He's always professional and courteous. He explains the issues well and gives me options and pricing before doing any repairs. Trustworthy!

. The plumbers fom 24 HR Emergency Plumber Dallas INC came on the same day and fixed the problem quickly. They only charged us for the investigation fee. The expert was very knowledgeable and I really appreciate that he also explained what the issue was.

I had a leak under the concrete slab of my home with standing water in my master closet. These guys from Roto-Rooter came in and diagnosed the problem and began working to rectify the damage... from the explanations, to taking out the wet stinky carpet to repairing leak and floor to drying out the house and garage, these guys took care of me and my home... They turned a bad situation into a wonderful experience. I am grateful for Roto-Rooter. Love those guys!

They hooked up my fridge when the prior plumbing company said it was impossible and on top of all that the plumbers are excellent honest and frankly friendly. The service operator is the RUDIST person I have ever had to call to handle AC issues in my house. Constantly was cut off from what I was saying and asking questions about. Sighing heavily like I was an inconvenience to her for trying to schedule repairs. Completely disrespectful for someone that is supposed to be “professional”.

Great service And reliable

Our water heater was leaking pretty bad and it was already late in the evening and I was a bit frantic since my husband was at work. My husband sent me the information to call since he had seen that they responded at any time, 24/7. Jason answered right away and came straight to the house (even during a random and crazy thunderstorm). He was able to get everything solved that night and came back first thing in the morning to install a new water heater. He did all of the work and I didn’t have to feel stressed about picking a water heater or worrying about other things. He took care of everything.Very honest, professional, reliable, cares about customers and makes them the priority. I will definitely give this company a call if I need anything else!

Absolutely amazing service! Jon Arnell came out and was able to diagnose and repair our mainline blockage for us. He was incredibly professional and took the time to educate us on how to prevent the issue from happening again in the future. Reasonable pricing was an added bonus.
