Cody and Sons are the only Plumber I call. They have been giving me excellent service since 2001.

Technicians worked in cold damp weather to clear a line blockage and made recommendations for further preventative measures. Very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. Technician failed to check an upstairs toilet as requested, saying it shouldn't be a problem since the downstairs toilets worked when he was done. As it turned out the upstairs toilet was blocked also and Metro Flow sent out a second technician the next day who cleared the blockage in the upstairs toilet and no extra charges were incurred. Overall the work was performed excellently on both days. and we were very satisfied. Would recommend Metro Flow and would use them again if future problems occur. Thanks very much to all who helped.

Reeves Family Plumbing is the best. I highly recommend them, our old house has had it's share of issues from irrigation to main line issues and Reeves always is able to see us same day when we really need them. They know our house, they remember us, it's really nice to see the same guys come out and check up on things. They are honest and fair and I feel like they care about getting the job done as well as letting us know exactly what is going on and what our options are.

We are trying to buy an older home with cast iron drain pipes. Two previous plumbers came out and literally wouldn't do anything. Clayton came out, hunted all the access points and did a comprehensive inspection. He also answered all our questions thoughtfully and patiently.These guys really are on another level.

The first hint not to use this company is the fact they are so reluctant to give you any sort of price range. I understand that you cannot give me an exact price, but I did describe the issue so I would think a price range is fair. I mean is it going to be a couple hundred or a couple thousand?? People do not just have a couple thousand laying around, so I would need to plan if it is going to be that high. Regardless of that, I still asked them to come by (shame on me).They got to my house and looked at where the problem is. They told me that the issue was my sprinkler system and they gave me 2 choices of how it can be fixed. 1. They could cap off the system to stop the leak but I would not be able to use my sprinkler; or 2. They could dig up both sides of my sidewalk and replace the piping which would take much longer. I do not use my sprinkler system and I wanted this to be completed soon, so I chose option 1. They said if I wanted to replace the pipe at a later time I could. They spent a couple hours doing the work, only to tell me that that didn't fix the issue and the pipe is still leaking. They could come back tomorrow and fix the actually issue but I would still have to pay for what they did today. So basically out of the 2 choices they gave me, the second choice is what would have actually fixed the problem and the first choice did nothing. I find it ridiculous that they would tell me what the issue is, give me options and then tell me that they really just spent time fixing nothing but it will cost me $250.A decent company would have apologized and then offered to fix the real problem not charging me for the nonsense that was done today. I will not be using this company in the future not will I be recommending it to any homeowners I know.The companies response to my review is appreciated but misguided. There was no miscommunication. Bottom line, they gave me 2 choices on how to fix my leak; I chose the one that was supposed to be the quickest. The company did the work, charged me but the leak was not fix. I was never told they didn't know where the leak was coming from; in fact I was told they knew where the leak was coming from and then given 2 options on how to fix it. I also did not stop them from completing their work. The work I chose to be done was completed and since the issue was not fixed I did not want them to start an entirely new job for what should have been fixed in the first place. The response by the company seems to be intended to save face in front of possible customers as opposed to resolving a current, and possible future, customers issues.

Bought a new washing machine the drain pipe was old, couldn’t handle the discharge of water when draining, the pipe needed to be replaced, I called workman plumbing talked to Matt he came over to check it out, it was a very old drainage pipe, it needed to be replaced, inside of the pipe it was the size of a dime, there was built up inside like the pipe swelled up in the inside, he was able to change it out with new ABS pipe, and it works great, it drains without filling up to the top, like the old pipe did, it’s great to have a good plumber nowadays that is knowledgeable in his work, he has good craftsmanship he works really clean,I would definitely use him for my plumbing needs.

Unprofessional; called to have an estimate regarding a hot water tank and instead of assessing the issue he compounded the problem by opening the valve and spraying water everywhere causing further damage and soaking the area of the attic floor and ceiling below that had already been dried.Not only did he make the problem worse, he left the light on in the attic, left the door ajar, and then hid in his vehicle for over 10 minutes writing up an absurd estimate that is near triple the price of any other plumbing company.Daniel, you are a discredit to the profession.Absolutely unacceptable.

James is honest and professional. He found where the crack on the drain pipe of my tub and had it repaired quick. He does clean quality work and has an eye for detail. I had another plumbing company come out before Dial One and I was told it would cost over $4600 to repair it. James said the job would only cost $304. I'm so grateful that James has integrity and conducts himself in a honest and professional manner. James I will reach out to you for plumbing services when needed in the future. Big thanks ?
