Best Plumbing Leak in Dallas TX

Liberian did not identify the leak this time, I called back and they said they would let me know when someone would be back. No call but someone showed up 2 hours later. Still couldn't repair said the would be back at 10 am, the next day. No one showed up or called by noon, I hired someone else who fixed the issue immediately.

This weekend was my daughters first slumber bday party. A gas leak was going to cause us to cancel the party. Metro Flow saved the day, moved things around to get us on the schedule ASAP. They were pros about it and saw the job through to inspection. They were also up front about costs and did everything they could to minimize them. Ask for Blake or Ali - they will take care of you.

Jay was very professional. He showed us where the porcelain was cracked on our toilet, helped us pick out a new one, installed the new one, and got rid of the old one… all within 2.5 hours. That includes going shopping for the replacement. Highly recommend.

I've been using Reeves for the last 8 years or so. Recently they responded very quickly to a call regarding a major leak in back yard. The repairs were made the day after they determined where leak was and gave us an estimate for repairs. Their techs are always very polite and professional and I trust them to be in my home when we're not there. The company does try to send the same techs to each location so we've become familiar with them. Smaller companies might be less expensive, same cost, or more expensive. But the quality of service is unbeatable.

This review is very overdue. I love Johnson Plumbing. They are not the least expensive, but the service and results indicate that they are a very good value.During the big freeze of February 2020, I had 3 burst pipes. My husband, who had terminal cancer, was wheelchair bound and we had snow between us and the car. I couldn't turn off the water and be housebound with a cancer patient.Johnson Plumbing came over within a few hours and fixed my pipes. Yes, it was costly. Still a good value, because they came, the work was done and was excellent.This year, I found a lake under my house. Johnson came out quickly. My husband was, by then, on hospice and could not be moved. It took the young plumber several days to work up an action plan, which was inconvenient, but when he got there, they found an ENORMOUS leak under my deck, fixed it, and put the yard back. It wasn't put back very well, contrary to the assurance that I wouldn't be able to tell it was ever dug up. The cost was not cheap, but it was reasonable for the amount of work involved.Except for a stumble getting started on this year's job at my house, the plumbers have been very professional and responsive. The work has been exemplary. I have recommended Johnson to the whole neighborhood.

Howard & Quail came out to my house shortly before 9pm on a saturday, they stayed until midnight doing everything they could to make sure my plumbing problems were fixed.
