We called Public Service Plumbers yesterday because we had a clogged shower and kitchen sink. They unclogged the shower and while unclogging the kitchen sink, they broke a pipe. Water began coming out of the wall into the living room floor and all over the kitchen floor. The plumber said the pipe was old and it was not his fault. We called their office and spoke to the project manager but he was not helpful and sided with the plumber without looking at the pipe first. He said they could send someone to fix it for $800 - $900. Since then two different professionals have come look at the pipe and they both said the drain snake the plumber used was too big and the pipe had not broken if they had used the proper equipment. Now I'm out more than $1000, and it looks like I have water damage on my floors.

Unlike other plumbers, this company has qualified technicians offering superb services at affordable prices. Their work was good and I was impressed that their prices are fairly reasonable.

All of the Above!Roto-Rooter Irving has really been there for me in the last few months.Not only did they take care of a break under my house in December, last Friday my plumbing was acting weird and they came first thing in the morning, found the problem, went to bat for me at the city of carrollton, and got the repair done THAT DAY. My representative, Joe W, was AWESOME and really stepped up for me. The city told me they would not get to me for a week or so and he WENT in person and got them to come out in about an hour - even with the stay in place order and all.I will never call anyone else. Roto-Rooter Irving has the best people and really, they are THE BEST.

Call Slate Plumbing! Nate & James preformed a gas pressure test on my home and did an absolutely amazing job. These gentlemen were very professional, quick, and helpful! I would HIGHLY recommend this company to family and friends and for sure will continue to use them in the future. Once again thank you guys so much!

One Source Plumbing exceeded ALL of my expectations & I will confidently refer them to anyone needing plumbing help! Jose was at my doorstep only two hours after I reached out to him and a major project replacing all of the cast iron pipes under our home with PVC was underway the very next day. Jose provided a fair quote and updated me constantly on the progress. He was easy to reach, responsive and very helpful at thoroughly explaining our plumbing issues & the work that needed to be done. We have used Sheffield for years and the quality of their work has not diminished. Thomas and his associates are a credit to their profession. They are very knowledgeable and personable. Thomas replaced our shower heads with the most amazing and reasonably priced unit. I say thanks ever day.They have also done some major repair work which required working in the crawl space of our 70 year old home. A real act of courage.

Accurate called 15 mins before appointment to cancel. I had someone drive an hour accross Dall for the meeting as it is a commerical project. Upon discussing with further it was deterined they are unable to locate domestic water line leaks and they are focused on repairs. They recommended calling American Leak. Disappointing that after making an appointment for a week out they called and backed out. Website is misleading as it appears they offer leak detection.

Did not honor my warranty on the AC units I purchased through them. When I called to speak with them the supervisor would never call back.

Technician #68 Juan showed up at my front door just in time! I was completely exhausted from dipping water out of my clogged sinks in the kitchen. I told him I was losing the battle and he said he was here to win the war. He had a great sense of humor and a big smile. He did a wonderful job of unclogging the sinks in very little time. During which he gave me some hints about what NOT to put in my garbage disposal. He also told me how to maintain my sinks so I would not need his services for the same issue again. He completely cleaned up the area he worked on, leaving it much cleaner than when he found it. The best thing however was the bill. It was less than he originally told me. I now have a new plumbing company and one I will be happy to tell my friends about!Betty
