I called Tribeca because of great reviews on Google. However, my experience with this business was poor. When we called and explained our issues due to the winter storm, Richard answered and said he would have a team out the next day. He took my details down & absolutely no follow up. I called again to confirm - he said his team had our info and were still set to show up...nothing! If you don’t have the bandwidth for the job..please just say that rather than having clients think they have an appointment and reality is that they don’t!! Will not be using their service & hope your experience will be better than ours was.

I'm actually scheduled with them for Monday to install some new gas lamps and to change our full house water filters. This morning, the kitchen sink started leaking so I called them for emergency service today. I was told that they couldn't help me. Even though they say they can schedule emergency repairs, the receptionist told me she had no availability today, which is Friday.

We called Reeves to install 2 toilets. They were on time to do the install and only charged the estimated amount even though it took longer than planned. We will definitely use them again.

This plumber they sent out didn’t do anything but hypothetically stated that a bunch of things could have been wrong without actually checking to see if it was. Stated that he left his camera and wanted to charge us 500 dollars to run a line to clear it on top of the fee to come out which was 113. A big ripoff

. The plumbers fom 24 HR Emergency Plumber Dallas INC came on the same day and fixed the problem quickly. They only charged us for the investigation fee. The expert was very knowledgeable and I really appreciate that he also explained what the issue was.

Bad people try cheating on job. Just 10 minutes job done 3 days after that clog again call them back they said not warranty on job because I didn’t choose camera run. Very bad customer service lady so rude. Try steal money from other people bad business. Don’t use them

We had a great experience with this shop. Before finding these guys, we used a different plumber who couldn't solve the problem. It took Carlos and Billy about 5 minutes to pinpoint the issue and resolve it. Their website says plumbing with integrity. I'd say that's spot on. Would recommend.

Accurate Leak is a great company to deal with. I have recommended them to friends and would use them again.Having to deal with an unexpected major expense is never easy but Chad from Accurate Leak & Line made the experience as pleasant as possible. We needed to replaced the entire sewer system under our house to the city connection.Accurate Leak's employees worked very hard and were professional. They keep us informed daily on their progress and complete the work ahead of schedule. Passed city inspection without any issues.

So far, I am really impressed they came to my house and thoroughly inspected (in order to give me a proposal). Josh was the repairman and Aaron the supervisor. Both seemed genuine in that I was told I needed less replacements than what I was expecting.

Mr. Frederick came out super fast and was able to address our issues. He was super friendly and very jovial! We enjoyed talking to him and will definitely use AAA Auger again!

Matt was great, very professional and kept me informed of where he was in the repair and what to expect. He sat and explained each step and the charge associated and the different options with if there was any. They got me back up and having hot water faster than i thought it was going to take.

Had an emergency leak, called up Jason and explained to him what was going on. Gave me a possible diagnosis over the phone and he was able to fit us in that same day. Kept me up to date on his eta the whole time. Jason was able to address the problem and had solutions for some unforeseen issues that came up with the repair as well. Jason answered all the questions I had and was more than helpful. Even walked me through how to diy another minor leak that I have when I asked about it. Would definitely recommend.
