Cody and Sons did a quick and tidy job of fixing my Trane AC unit ! They came out after hours with 100 plus degree weather, diagnosed, got the replacement part and efficiently had our unit up and running in 1 and 1/2 hours . Of note , replacement source charges an additional $100 after hours!Very professional.

Technicians worked in cold damp weather to clear a line blockage and made recommendations for further preventative measures. Very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. Technician failed to check an upstairs toilet as requested, saying it shouldn't be a problem since the downstairs toilets worked when he was done. As it turned out the upstairs toilet was blocked also and Metro Flow sent out a second technician the next day who cleared the blockage in the upstairs toilet and no extra charges were incurred. Overall the work was performed excellently on both days. and we were very satisfied. Would recommend Metro Flow and would use them again if future problems occur. Thanks very much to all who helped.

The gentleman that came out to fix our drain did so quickly, and tidied up after his work. He was courteous, and punctual. My only concern is that although he put on protective gear when I asked him to (face mask and gloves due to COVID-19 concerns), he removed the mask once he started work inside our home. I asked him to put it back on, which he promptly did; I would ask that Roto-Rooter explain to their techs that when entering someone's house they need to keep their masks on the entire time. I have a very high-risk elderly father that I care for, and this was a very big concern for me.

Matt, Craig and Chris were so helpful and super professional! They are my go to plumbers from now on! They repaired a gas leak and two laundry drain lines that my previous plumber installed. They worked magic with the drain lines.. let me just say the lines had several problems and it were completely non functional. They addressed and improved everyone of them.
