I've gone to Hooper twice now, and twice I've been satisfied. Both instances were emergency situations, and both times they did everything they could to get to me promptly. This last time, they had even made it to my house BEFORE I could make it home. Great, quick work done. The workers, Blake and Hector, were both so professional and easy going. Its always slightly nerve wrecking as a woman having to deal with male contractors alone, however these guys never made me feel taken advantage of. I've used them twice now and I'll continue to use them. They've also, twice now, given me the best or lowest quotes for their services as well. All around I'm a satisfied customer.

Tammy from Reeves Family Plumbing, cancelled my (2nd attempted) appointment that was set up in a week in advance. She stated that they will look to come between the time window of 12pm-3pm. She called me around 11:15 and left a voicemail that if I do not call her back in 10 minutes that she was going to cancel my appointment. I did not realize she called until 12:00pm and that's when I called her back. That's when she told me that they still moved on from my appointment. She wanted to reschedule me for tomorrow morning but that does not work for me as I am off today which is why it was scheduled for today. In the future, maybe try giving a call the day before and let the customer know that you have a specific time they should expect your services. Do not call an hour before your range and expect someone to be free and waiting on your call and give them an ultimatum.Last week my 1st attempted appointment had the same window of time (12pm -3pm) frame and their ETA was 3:30 pm.Based on the reviews I was really excited about doing business with this company, but it seems they have scheduling issues and customer service is not expected to resolve such an easy matter.

These plumbers are very organized. They arrived at the specified time and said the issue was due to sediment buildup and it wasn't a big deal. The crew was well equipped and they flushed the pipe and informed me when the work was done. It was amazing.

We had a leak from who knows where outside recently. AAA Auger came over right away ON A WEEKEND without an up charge , looked at the source of the leak and took care of it without any hesitation. Our water bill had more than doubled and we called HC Edwards Plumbing who was able to work us in right away and detected a leaking under our foundation that was causing high water bills. They were able to fix problem, which was extensive withing the next couple of days. They explained and showed us the process of the work and were very professional. Our water bill has since gone down and will definitely use them again. Thank You Jason!
