Best Leak Detection Pipe in Dallas TX

Unless you want to go 2 days without your heater and them they tell you it's your fault then dont call this company. Spoke with owner who was the rudest out of everyone I encountered. I paid them 205$ for 15 min of work to change a gas flex pipe on my water heater. The technician did not go in my attic to light my burner again for the heater to actually turn on. Now I have to leave work to meet them and no accommodation or apologies. Their leg to stand on is that they just had a another hvac tech to my house who noted down the year of my furnace. So he went off that instead of verifying what needed to be done. I'm convinced all their reviews are coerced with some sort of discount i was overcharged and received horrible service.

Chris did an awesome job. He arrived swiftly, diagnosed my problem, gave an estimate to fix it, and corrected the problem in a timely matter. I hope Metro Flow Plumbing considers Mr. Chris a valued employee, because I do! Thanks Chris!

Special shout out to Richard for helping me stay sane through the random winter freeze in Christmas of 2022. Christian and Chad with Accurate Leak & line were very professional in the way they deal with my wife and me. My wife and I were buying a home (40 years old) and a foundation engineer who inspected our foundation recommended we have the pipes under the foundation checked for leaks. I selected Accurate to come out and run the initial tests based on reviews I read. They found two leaks in the sewage pipes. After buying the house I selected Accurate to make a proposal and go over in detail with me what would be involved in repairing these two leaks. Chad worked up their proposal and came out to our home to go over it with us. We understood what was going to be involved and what the cost was going to be before work began. The work proceeded on schedule and the whole process took three days and it included repaving a portion of our driveway. I would use Accurate Leak & Line again on any similar issues. I have a high level of confidence in their work and commitments.

I called Matt to fix a mess I made while replacing my garbage disposal myself. He fixed it, made some recommendations on how to move forward, provided me a clear and fair price, and even made a follow-up visit to finish things off once parts came in a few days later.I'd gladly recommend Matt to anyone. I call the big plumbing services, and wait an hour to be told they don't have appointments until 4-7 days later. Matt is transparent about his schedule, knowledgeable, communicative, and efficient.

Had an emergency leak, called up Jason and explained to him what was going on. Gave me a possible diagnosis over the phone and he was able to fit us in that same day. Kept me up to date on his eta the whole time. Jason was able to address the problem and had solutions for some unforeseen issues that came up with the repair as well. Jason answered all the questions I had and was more than helpful. Even walked me through how to diy another minor leak that I have when I asked about it. Would definitely recommend.
