I would give this company a 0 star if I could. They are a complete joke. Pay close attention to the reviews complaining about pricing because it’s true. I had a clogged sink, that is it, and they were going to charge almost $500 JUST TO UNCLOG a sink. The people who I spoke to were rude. Do not under any circumstances use this company.

We had a great experience with their team. They came out very quickly and fixed the issue within minutes. I can’t recommend them enough.

I normally do not write reviews, but...I was quoted $89 over the phone for a drain clog. They said if it's a quick fix, that's the total cost. They came in, fixed it in 10 minutes, and handed me an invoice for $240. When I asked, they replied oh it's usually double that.I do not recommend this company

Reeves Family Plumbing did an extensive repair job on my house sewer line and their work was very good. They showed up when they said they would and completed the job in two days. They kept me informed on the status of the work and I was very pleased with their work and the outcome.

From the phone call to the repair men Carlos and Nate that came to my home, every aspect of this visit was awesome. I was also given some good information on other services that I plan on getting for my water system. And seeing that they offer other services, I will most definitely store this number in my phone.

These plumbers are very skilled and very knowledgeable. They are very detail oriented and will spend time really take care of the problem, not just do the surface work. They are keen on good quality and I love them for that.

I was very impressed with this company. Slate came out and replaced our water heater for us last week and it was a great experience. They explained everything very thoroughly and I felt very confident in there work!

Had a hot water heater installed along with a few faucet knobs, a slow draining sink and a drippy faucet repaired. The team was on time, but outside of the installation of the water heater, the guys had no idea about any of the other projects they were supposed to work on per my initial conversation with Clayton when setting up the appointment.Everything that was on the list to get done, got done and they did a good job. However, the team left a ton of dirt from the water heater installation and a bunch of grease in the shower and bathtub. I was charged an additional $160 for the flood stop device (plus $1.50 each for 4 AA batteries that were used in the device) despite the service man stating it was included in my original quote.

My experience is they never called me back therefore there will be no future experiences with Sheffield Plumbing

Matt is awesome! He came out to fix a leaky drain and pinhole leak in one of our other water lines. Responsive, prompt, and informative. It's hard to find that in contractors these days! I've saved his number for future use.

Unsure why they have so many good reviews. I called yesterday at 9am, they said 3 hours and proceeded to call me until 7pm until they said it need to happen tomorrow. Called at 7am, then again at 10am saying they needed more time. I told them last night I was unavailable after noon. They won't schedule an appointment -- rather it seems like you're just expected to make yourself available for days at a time until they get around to you. Worse than the cable guy.

Problem: Refill would not stop and the water shut off value no longer worked, also there was a leak from around one of the connections to the refill valve.Same day service and when an earlier appointment became available I was called and asked if I would like the earlier time. Everything went as I was told from my first call. Gabe arrived and I explained what I thought I needed and he took a look and made one additional recommendation which I took. He gave an estimate and I said that was great (I also received a $50.00 discount, THANKS!). The work was done quickly and he went above my expectations by cleaning the pipe and reaffixing the face plate to the wall on the water outlet to the toilet. I would recommend this company to anyone needing their services.
