Called tribeca when I had an issue from slapping a grounding rod right into a random freshwater pipe. They got Juan out there within an hour. He was amazing. Fair on price, super nice, and got it done fast.

I really hate to write bad reviews, however, for this particular company, I will make an exception. There are several reasons for this review… Shotty workmanship, property destruction, deception, and bullying toward elders.I live at a rent house and the property owner (really nice older gentlemen in his 80’s) hired me to remodel the bathroom. When I got to the plumbing area of the remodel, I asked the homeowner if he knew of a plumber that he would recommend. He told me that Hooper plumbing did work at his church and did a good job, so they were hired to do the small plumbing job needed for the remodel. I was installing a fiberglass shower and needed the drain pipe in the floor moved.Hooper plumbing came to the house and told me that they would be able to do the job in 1 afternoon and told me that it was “no big deal”. So, we agreed to a time and set the date.2 Guys showed up to my house and started the work. They had tools that didn’t work and had to use mine, they took several breaks, left several times to “get supplies”, and had no idea what they were doing. I had to show them how to do the basic job. They destroyed the floor in the wrong place trying to find the pipe, which made fixing the floor all that much harder. I had just finished hanging drywall, which they promptly destroyed. They dropped my new 750.00 shower pan and cracked it. Once the drain was relocated, they told me that they had other jobs to finish and LEFT A GIANT HOLE IN MY SLAB. Then they informed me that it was Friday and that they would not be returning until the following Tuesday.They finally sent 2 more people out to finish the job the following week.They sent the landlord a $2100 invoice. My landlord contacted them to inform them that the invoice they sent was totally unreasonable, and they bullied him into paying way more than the job was worth. I informed Hooper Plumbing that if he didn’t make it right that I was going to leave a bad review and the owner told me that he didn’t care. So here it is.Avoid this company at all costs!

Just had Will and J.R at my house to complete the finishing touches on my kitchen remodel. Aka sink, garbage disposal, dish washer, and fridge hookups. Completed the job with no issues and great attention to detail. Look forward to working with them on the next step of the remodel... Aka hot water heater install....

Kitchen sink repair and other repairs needed were excellent. Loved the communication throughout the whole process, Troy and Taylor were excellent at listening to the issues and concerns of the customer. Everything was done in a timely manner! Great job guys, keep up the great work!!!!

When my toilet flush was not working, I attempted several home remedies but they did not work. as usual, but in vain. When I reached out to these professionals, they responded quickly and got the job done.

I’ve had a different experience than most with this company...The short version without a lot of details is1. Made a mess of the vapor barrier and ripped one section of the plastic2. Karl quoted $1400 for an eight hour job at most. he said he likes to over estimate just in case but it probably wouldn’t be that much. They worked about five hours and charged me the full $1400...Karl conveniently doesn’t remember saying what he did to me3. I trusted them when they said just aluminum sheeting would be a barrier and totally acceptable for the giant hole they cut behind my dishwasher and sink area...it has resulted in nothing but aluminum sheeting between my pipes and the outside air—also resulting in enormous amounts of outside air coming in.4. Don’t let Jermey and whatever new guy they have work on your stuff5. They seemed to have loosened up all the fittings under the sink when they came out to clean up the mess they made6. I don’t trust the work they did on the drain so additional money will have to be spent on an actual reliable and honest plumber

We have used Sheffield for years and the quality of their work has not diminished. Thomas and his associates are a credit to their profession. They are very knowledgeable and personable. Thomas replaced our shower heads with the most amazing and reasonably priced unit. I say thanks ever day.They have also done some major repair work which required working in the crawl space of our 70 year old home. A real act of courage.

A tenant reported a leak in the front yard that had been ongoing for months. I called a couple of plumbing companies to provide an estimate to locate and repair. Dissatisfied with probable cause and cost estimates to repair from local plumbers I kept searching the internet in search of 1) accurate information 2) better cost. I found Chad with Accurate Leak and Line and he was absolutely amazing. Upon his initial call to me he said, “You do not have to meet me at the property… “ that was music to my ears as the issue was in the front yard underground. Yet, on that same day after leaving Chad did come by yet another property I own and repaired a minor inside plumbing issue I thought was underground - No charge. He did inform me their business was underground plumbing only. I was literally blown away with his kindness, professionalism and accuracy. Of course, the front yard leak was repaired, the cost was far less than the other bids received and certainly ACCURATE! They scheduled the job, showed up and showed out. I have never had any more plumbing issues at that property since Accurate L&L repaired the leak. Those guys definitely chose the correct name for their business ACCURATE LEAK AND LINE. The only complaint I have is: I CAN’T CALL THESE GUYS FOR ALL MY PLUMBING NEEDS - both inside and out. They are absolutely amazing!

They were super quick to come out and fix my problem! I had a clogged kitchen sink that I tried to snake a few times myself. They were able to solve the problem quickly and were very communicative and professional. Highly recommend!

I was having problem with my sink caught a clogged up auger plumber came out and did a wonderful job they unclogged it I’ve got a clean sink now thanks to auger plumbers thank you so much excellent work great job thanks again

Called for an emergency water leak repair on Easter Sunday. Daron was at the door 1 hour later. He was professional, courteous and did an impeccable job. I thought their rates were reasonable for an emergency call.

Had a problem with my a/c condensation drain. It was connected to an air vent. This eventually led to a leak in my ceiling. The air vent was clogged. 3rd Gen Plumbing showed up and reconfigured the condensation drain for me. He did a great job and was very professional. I highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs.
