Best Heater Installation in Dallas TX

Matt came the same day to fix our shower drain issue. He was professional and competent. We were lucky yo get him.

Needed to unblock two drains in a Jack and Jill bathroom upstairs and to replace the mechanism in a toilet tank. Quote was for $1,200 plus tax. I had the work done by my local handyman for $150. He even checked the drain lines in my Air Conditioning system. I am happy to pay a fair price but this was just exorbitant and way too much for what was being done. Clearly they charge a fixed amount by task. I would look for a more reasonable plumbing service elsewhere.

I have 3 A/C units and 2 of them where giving me trouble. They where able to come out the same day and make the repairs. Super dependable, super professional, they did excellent work and will use them again whether is be for A/C concerns or plumbing issues. They are a 5 STAR outfit.

We needed an emergency pipe repair since we needed our whole house water turned off until it was repaired. We called on a Saturday but they were not able to get out until Sunday afternoon. Their customer service was good and they kept us in the loop as to when to expect the technician.The reason for the lower stars is because they charged $150 on the invoice for 2 parts that were less than $10 each. Unfortunately, the service we needed required welding, so I was happy to pay the fee for the labor. However, I feel like we got ripped off and overcharged for the parts.
