They took care of my AC when it broke down. I called around 4:30 on a Thursday afternoon and the manager answered the phone and said he could have someone out the next day. I received an email that they were on their way just a few minutes later. They arrived on time, quickly found the problem with a bad capacitor, changed it out, and were ready to go in no time at all. I got an email with pictures and explanations of what they did. I've had great experiences with Hooper Plumbing & Air Conditioning so far, including signing up for regular maintenance service. Super nice guy. But he charged $300 for a 6 min job. I called in a non-emergency situation. We had a slow draining kitchen sink. I explained that I had a 15’ manual snake which temporarily solved the issue, but it either wasn’t long enough or wasn’t big enough in diameter to completely fix the issue. We scheduled an appointment for the following business day during normal business hours. They said the service call was $75, but that was waived if they did the job. When the plumber arrived he quoted us $330 “because it was a very difficult job with very difficult equipment.” My wife vetoed me because she wanted it fixed now. He used an electric Rigid snake which you can rent at any equipment rental store for $50/day, and it literally took him 6 minutes from the time he opened the extremely accessible clean-out until he had his snake rolled back up and was asking for a check.As I said, super nice guy, but that should have been a $75 job.

The gentleman that came out to fix our drain did so quickly, and tidied up after his work. He was courteous, and punctual. My only concern is that although he put on protective gear when I asked him to (face mask and gloves due to COVID-19 concerns), he removed the mask once he started work inside our home. I asked him to put it back on, which he promptly did; I would ask that Roto-Rooter explain to their techs that when entering someone's house they need to keep their masks on the entire time. I have a very high-risk elderly father that I care for, and this was a very big concern for me.

He was kind, courteous, polite, respectful and knowledgeable. He went right to the source of problem and was done within 30 minutes. The price for repairs was quite reasonable! I feel this company was referred to me by GOD himself. I have deleted every plumber from my list of contacts as I will never call another. A tenant reported a leak in the front yard that had been ongoing for months. I called a couple of plumbing companies to provide an estimate to locate and repair. Dissatisfied with probable cause and cost estimates to repair from local plumbers I kept searching the internet in search of 1) accurate information 2) better cost. I found Chad with Accurate Leak and Line and he was absolutely amazing. Upon his initial call to me he said, “You do not have to meet me at the property… “ that was music to my ears as the issue was in the front yard underground. Yet, on that same day after leaving Chad did come by yet another property I own and repaired a minor inside plumbing issue I thought was underground - No charge. He did inform me their business was underground plumbing only. I was literally blown away with his kindness, professionalism and accuracy. Of course, the front yard leak was repaired, the cost was far less than the other bids received and certainly ACCURATE! They scheduled the job, showed up and showed out. I have never had any more plumbing issues at that property since Accurate L&L repaired the leak. Those guys definitely chose the correct name for their business ACCURATE LEAK AND LINE. The only complaint I have is: I CAN’T CALL THESE GUYS FOR ALL MY PLUMBING NEEDS - both inside and out. They are absolutely amazing!

Dallas Plumbing Company was professional, responsive, and offered good customer service through their dispatch. If there were any hiccups throughout our interaction, they made sure to make up for it. Their technician, Anthony, came and was able to access our sewer lines to perform an in-camera inspection to detect a plumbing leak, which he did. This was something another plumbing company said they could not do without charging us $3800 to install access points. Anthony was able to get the job done and give us a detailed report with his recommendation so that we could provide the same to our insurance company for prompt resolution of the issue. I’d use them again.

As a landlord, I got a call about the only water heater in the house leaking, and it turned out it needed to be replaced. Oh man - the last thing you need to hear!! I called everywhere, but everyone was booked for two weeks! I called up Matthew with Workman Plumbing. He was able to come by the next morning, and 1) Replace our water heater, 2) Reconfigure the weird plumbing, and install a leak detection device, and new valves.The level of communication and professionalism on the phone was just amazing; this is hard to come by, as I have worked with MANY VENDORS restoring this 100 year old home!! Our tenants were also so pleased with the timeliness of our resolution, all thanks to Matthew.A month after the work was done - NO issues. Thank you!!
