I had a broken outdoor faucet and Evan was able to diagnose the problem and complete the repair in less than an hour!! He was friendly and professional. I'm so pleased with the service I received. Called at 4:45 on a Saturday due to a partially flooded closet. The person who picked up the phone said they were pretty busy and didn't sound like he really wanted to deal with a new customer. Said it would cost $300 to have someone come out after hours (just to check it out). Highest quote I've ever heard in North Dallas for a diagnostic.

Tammy from Reeves Family Plumbing, cancelled my (2nd attempted) appointment that was set up in a week in advance. She stated that they will look to come between the time window of 12pm-3pm. She called me around 11:15 and left a voicemail that if I do not call her back in 10 minutes that she was going to cancel my appointment. I did not realize she called until 12:00pm and that's when I called her back. That's when she told me that they still moved on from my appointment. She wanted to reschedule me for tomorrow morning but that does not work for me as I am off today which is why it was scheduled for today. In the future, maybe try giving a call the day before and let the customer know that you have a specific time they should expect your services. Do not call an hour before your range and expect someone to be free and waiting on your call and give them an ultimatum.Last week my 1st attempted appointment had the same window of time (12pm -3pm) frame and their ETA was 3:30 pm.Based on the reviews I was really excited about doing business with this company, but it seems they have scheduling issues and customer service is not expected to resolve such an easy matter.

This company (Public Service Plumbing) has it going for them. Technician (Nate) was very professional and knowledgeable on the job at hand. After evaluating my needs, the technician (Nate) came up with multiple options with pricing with the customer in mind. I would recommend these guys again. They showed up on time, and got things done quickly. It was in my opinion a pretty big job. Cracked pipes underneath the house, and a nasty all around situation. Moises was very professional and all of the team worked hard. I’m sorry I didn’t get all of their names, but they never stopped until the job was done. Got here before 8:00 a.m. and other than general cleanup they had us up and functioning completely by 4:00. Thanks to all the guys and I would gladly recommend them to anyone. Happy we found you!

By far the best customer service I’ve ever received from a plumbing company. Matt was responsive, helpful, and honest. He went above and beyond to fix our issue. While I never hope to need a plumber, next time I do I’m calling Workman Plumbing.

Its absolute wait of time. I have scheduled an appointment and no one turned up within the given 2 hour slot and when inquiring I was informed that my appointment is moved. I had to waste 2 hours of my time waiting for some technician to attend my request. I had to cancel their appointment. No professionalism!

Had a problem with my a/c condensation drain. It was connected to an air vent. This eventually led to a leak in my ceiling. The air vent was clogged. 3rd Gen Plumbing showed up and reconfigured the condensation drain for me. He did a great job and was very professional. I highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs.
