I normally do not write reviews, but...I was quoted $89 over the phone for a drain clog. They said if it's a quick fix, that's the total cost. They came in, fixed it in 10 minutes, and handed me an invoice for $240. When I asked, they replied oh it's usually double that.I do not recommend this company

Reeves Family Plumbing did a great job finding and repairing a hot water leak under the floor in our house. We were dreading the repair, but they were so great to work with. We love working with a company that does what they say they will do. They showed up on time and kept us updated on what was going on each step of the process. They are all professionals from the office staff to the techs that came out to our house. They did a great job, and we will definitely use them in the future. Highly recommend.

I called and I was served by a very kind man who told me to expect a call very soon. Then, Chase Bennight came into play. Punctual, formal, professional, but above all, honest. He came to fix one toilet; I gave him two and he took great care of me. I had quoted with another company back in May and they wanted to take advantage of me. Mr. Rooter Plumbing had a plumber out within a reasonable time. Their tech, Pascual, did excellent work and was very courteous as well.
