I have used Reeves since 2006 not for only for plumbing work, but also for gas work. The estimate Reeves quoted for hooking up my new gas dryer a few years ago seemed reasonable (same price as Lowes quoted), but since I had parts from the old dryer, the Reeves tech charged me less than the minimum rate for a service call; it took him just a few minutes to complete the work.

Jose D. and AJ were very professional and thorough. They spent many hours in the crawl space of my home and were just as courteous before going under the house as when they came out. This is my third time using their services (replaced a long cast iron drain pipe with pvc) and I highly recommend them when reaching out to Public Service Plumbing. Had a hot water heater installed along with a few faucet knobs, a slow draining sink and a drippy faucet repaired. The team was on time, but outside of the installation of the water heater, the guys had no idea about any of the other projects they were supposed to work on per my initial conversation with Clayton when setting up the appointment.Everything that was on the list to get done, got done and they did a good job. However, the team left a ton of dirt from the water heater installation and a bunch of grease in the shower and bathtub. I was charged an additional $160 for the flood stop device (plus $1.50 each for 4 AA batteries that were used in the device) despite the service man stating it was included in my original quote.

I would not recommend this company to anyone! They have a national call center that answers their phones and the reps do not have access to any owner account. They ask you to repeat all of your account information each time because they cannot see your service details or account details. Company gave me a 2 hour window and did not even call to let me know they were running several hours behind. They gave me a window of 1-3pm or 3-5pm (which I was to choose) and no one called me when tech was running ours behind. I called the company to find out where the tech was. The tech that came to our home was beyond rude. And then the price was 3x more than others in the area. I would never use this company! When I asked to speak with a manager, they said that had no phone numbers or emails of anyone to contact but the 'Manager' will call you back. I asked for a 'Manager' to call back yesterday and then never did. I called again today with the exact same script given to me. You cannot cancel any appointments with the without speaking to a 'Manager' and good luck getting a hold of any 'Manager.'

By far the best plumber I have dealt with. Highly recommend.

Problem: Refill would not stop and the water shut off value no longer worked, also there was a leak from around one of the connections to the refill valve.Same day service and when an earlier appointment became available I was called and asked if I would like the earlier time. Everything went as I was told from my first call. Gabe arrived and I explained what I thought I needed and he took a look and made one additional recommendation which I took. He gave an estimate and I said that was great (I also received a $50.00 discount, THANKS!). The work was done quickly and he went above my expectations by cleaning the pipe and reaffixing the face plate to the wall on the water outlet to the toilet. I would recommend this company to anyone needing their services.

Howard & Quail came out to my house shortly before 9pm on a saturday, they stayed until midnight doing everything they could to make sure my plumbing problems were fixed. They even went so far as to drive behind my house to figure out what the issue was.Highly satisfied and great customer service was rendered. The whole time they had smiles on their faces and I could not have asked for a better pair of plumbers.I would reccomend them to anyone and everyone who needs 24hr plumbing needs.
