I called Tribeca Plumbing early this morning. They sent David Frederick out and he showed up within 30 minutes. He saw what I needed left to get what he needed. He came back hooked up my washer & dryer. Then noticed I wouldn’t be able to open my dryer door. He proceeded to take off the dryer door and flip it to the other side so I could open it. I would highly recommend them.

I'm actually scheduled with them for Monday to install some new gas lamps and to change our full house water filters. This morning, the kitchen sink started leaking so I called them for emergency service today. I was told that they couldn't help me. Even though they say they can schedule emergency repairs, the receptionist told me she had no availability today, which is Friday.

My hats off begins with the phone contact with Tammy who answered the phone. The most courteous, friendliest person I have dealt with in a long time on the phone. We were scheduled quickly, the plumbers were prompt, honest and professional. Reeves Family is our plumber!

Josh was professional and conversational. He explained the issue and provided me with all the options. He was also protective of the environment and put everything back in place after cleanup.

Unlike other plumbers, this company has qualified technicians offering superb services at affordable prices. Their work was good and I was impressed that their prices are fairly reasonable.

I rent my house and I have a property management company that hired this plumbing company. They came to unclog my drain and one of the plumbers told me that I would be charged normally because he found a couple hair clips in my drain but he would make sure they did not charge me for this. I told him if I were to be charged I would just fix it myself as I cannot afford it right now. He assured me I would not be charged at all for this service. Afterwards they went on and billed the property management company extra for the particular service he told me I would not be charged for, which gave me a $95 bill. I called and spoke to a manager from the plumbing company to see if she could resolve this and she said she would call me back that day and never did. This company is very unprofessional and clearly lies to people when they feel like it doesn't matter. They never resolved this issue for me and their head technician who came that day lied straight to my face.

Once again, staff, response time, service all great! Finally, a company I feel I can trust and receive reliable repairs. Would certainly use again.

We were thinking about replacing our sewer line and got an insane estimate (plus some scare tactics) from Public Service Plumbers. We called Accurate for a second opinion, who sent out Josh who did another inspection. Great guy and an honest man who advised against doing any extensive work since the pipes are working and there’s no emergent problems. You can’t buy that kind of strong character. He could have tried to take us for thousands but instead was polite, honest, forthright, and thorough. If anything does go south they’ll be who I call.

So far, I am really impressed they came to my house and thoroughly inspected (in order to give me a proposal). Josh was the repairman and Aaron the supervisor. Both seemed genuine in that I was told I needed less replacements than what I was expecting.

These guys are quick and honest. They will identify an issue within minutes. Very experienced and great at what they do. Craig Miller is a Beast. If he can’t fix it… no one can

My neighbor had AAA Auger come out to look at a water heater that AAA Auger installed less than a year and a half ago. The problem was a pressure release valve. They wanted to charge her over $300 plus parts but didn’t have the part with them. After taking a quick look, I took off the part in about 3 minutes, took it to Home Depot, bought another one and installed it in about 4 minutes. AAA Auger wanted to charge my elderly neighbor over $300 for about 7 minutes of work to a water heater they installed less than a year and a half ago. Would not recommend to anyone. I always say the two biggest ripoff companies are plumbers and mechanics. This proves I’m at least half right.
