Fantastic service. The person I spoke with on the phone was delightful and very professional. She managed to get someone out to the house within 30 minutes of our phone call. The gentleman who showed up was polite, efficient, very knowledgeable and gave me multiple options with regard to the repair. Everyone had a great attitude was in good spirits and far exceeded what I was expecting. They were also very careful to follow safety protocols with regard to the pandemic. I never write reviews, but this company deserves praise, I really can’t say enough. Nothing is worse than buying an older house (built in the 70's) and discover the plumbing under the house is deteriorating and needs to be completely replaced. Okay, maybe some things are worse, but not many.These guys came out and gave me a guaranteed quote after about an hour inspection.I contacted at least 3 different plumbers in the area and they all gave me estimates that were higher than Accurate's guaranteed price. One even said, It's going to be at least this much, but probably more once we get under the house.Anyway, Accurate made us feel comfortable.Only reason I even consider dropping a star from my rating is because my front yard still looks like an outtake from a Tremors movie. I'm not entirely sure these guys could've done anything about it, but my wife is complaining and when she complains we all lose a star.

BEWARE!!! Howard is an unethical plumber that never fixed a water heater that he was paid in advance over $600 to fix, that should have costs $50 in parts plus labor. Howard was not knowledgeable of hot water heaters or the electrical components required for installation. Howard sold me a stolen water heater that he knew would not work in my home and left with the money and stopped answering his phone. He also lied about how much he was owed for a reimbursement of parts that were never used because of the incorrect water heater that he brought. Howard is unprofessional as he does not arrive on time. We would agree to meet at 4:30 and each time he would arrive at my home after 9pm and always have an excuse as to why he was late. Howard comes off as a sincere person however it is all a scam to make you comfortable with him. I advise anyone to avoid doing business with him. I will be taking legal action against Howard and 3rd generation plumbing pros.

Price was not fair as the tank is less than $60 from home depot and no receipt was submitted for purchase. Less than 15 Mins was spent and I seem to have been over charged
